Easy to understand. The quote was at a fair price compared to other insurers and I like the refer a friend voucher too. I particularly like the fact that you can stop and start, or increase and decrease your cover, to suit your needs.

I found the service from initial inquiry to completion excellent! Very happy with the premium as well as the cover exceeded my previous at a far more competitive cost.

A lovely insurance company, very pleasing interface to use and scalable solutions, so you can switch your plan between work and holiday and it automatically pauses the Public Liability to save you cash. Apparently they also offer an invoice chasing service which can't be bad.

I've been with Dinghy since late last year, and have just made my first claim. I was chasing a low value invoice, so the insurance company decided to pay out the full amount rather than chase the client for it. Aside from the fact that I now have the money (and have remained relatively stress free!) I was incredibly impressed by the personal service I was provided by Robert, who I believe is one of the founders of Dinghy. He seemed to genuinely care, checking in with me by email and phone and chasing up the status of the claim regularly. He has well and truly reset the bar for the insurance providers in my life. Thanks Robert, a solid 5 stars from me!

Easy to quote, purchase, and the dashboard is nice. I haven't done a claim so can't speak to that, but it's good to know I have the insurance just in case.

I am so glad I got Dinghy insurance. Due to an unforeseen accident, my equipment was damaged and in need of repairing (next day!) for a huge contract.

They were able to submit my claim, respond and update me within 2 hours, thank goodness.
