Setting up my insurance couldn't have been easier. Great looking, intuitive website. Of course, like all insurance, I hope I'll never need it, so the real quality of the service remains to be seen, but it's certainly never been easier to give my money away!

Sounded awesome but I do not have that confidence
Was really hoping for this to be great. The quote process was brilliant and all the claimed system implementations such as insurance pausing etc. is industry changing. Thought I'd call in to check, a lady picked up. So I said I am interested but need detail regarding the insurance cover. She said I might be able to help. Took my name, got my last name wrong, got my first name wrong too, magically got the number right. Didn't really understand the IT domain as such, didn't know how to even address my query (which was a very simple one). The best I got from her was "it is not on my sheet." So she said I'll get somebody to call you back. I said great. "When could somebody call me back?" I asked. No idea. Overall the lady didn't seem interested in selling or helping in anyway. This shattered my confidence entirely and unfortunately Dinghy will not have my business.
