I loved their service. They waived of my $500 HOV ticket

These people got the job done right away and I really liked the fact that they made sure to stay in touch about completing the defense pak with all the correct documents.
Kodos to you all, i will and do tell others about this company.

Getdismissed communicated clearly every step of the way. I was able to email them and call them with questions. They achieved results by preparing documents in a way most people cannot. I feel I write well, yet I couldn't have done what they did on my own. In addition they advised me on the timing for mailing my defense package to increase chances of winning the case. It worked. The court dismissed my red light ticket. The service was well worth the fee.

I would never recommend this company to anyone, first of all the guy who runs it is very rude. I have never gotten a traffic ticket and I was scared. I went on line to get my ticket fixed and from the get go the employees were very rude. I had many question for them and I couldn't understand how they run their business and when I would call them with a question they would respond to me as if I were very stupid and couldn't understand the rules..At one point I needed an question answer so I would either call them or email and every time their response would be very short temper and claiming I wasn't following their instruction. Overall they are very unprofessional and I would not ever recommend anyone doing business with this company..I am not happy with their services.

Don't use this company I paid them thinking they were a law firm and I Ben trying to get a hold of them the same day finally found the number they answered I told them I needed to cancel because I needed legal advise they said they would not cancel nor refund my money nor cancel the extra $29 for all year service they are frauds they only want the money they Dont care if they do the work we should have right to refuse service and charge if it's with in 48 hours
