Sure you can contact the court for free but if you don't know how to fight a ticket in written then you would use a professional like GetDismissed. Actually the preparation of your defense package was not the course of you being found guilty. The decision is up to the court and the judge found that you did in fact break the law and find you guilty. As we always state we do the best we can but the decision is always up to the court.
I had a good communication with the staff and the help me with my needs.
I had a good experience with the customer service, they help me and explain everything clear and understandable.

Seems like you are 110% wrong and mistaken. All reviews here are real reviews from real clients and NOT friends and family. Of course you can "contact" the court for free, however if you would like a company to provide you with your defense package you need to pay for it. And yes we always do our best but the decision is always up to the court just like any court case.
