This is a scam site. The company faces itself as a family owned UK based shop when actually they are based entirely in China. The product took over two weeks to arrive and when it did, it was not only several sizes too small but was the lowest quality piece of clothing I have ever held.

Obviously this prompted me to try and return the item which they were very reluctant to allow. First they offered me a "free product" in which I only pay shipping, so that would cost me more money - I declined. Then they offered a 30% refund where I could keep their awful product - I declined. Then they offered a 50% - I threatened to go through PayPal at this point. Then they finally said I could get a full refund if I returned the item to an address based in China.

The issue is that the company asked me to fraudulently declare the item was worth less than $10 USD so it would not get stopped in Chinese Customs.

Do NOT buy from Get Dore (aka Doré London). The reviews on their site are fraudulent. They are not based in the UK and I very much doubt that the idea was conceived in London like the about page states. The shipping times they state in their website are impossible for them to uphold (considering the product ships from China) It's sweatshop garbage that I wish I had never ordered.

Cheap, fast fashion.

Don’t fall for their slogan “Born in London”.

Maybe born in London but made in China, cheaply. I don’t mind if it’s made in China, that is fine, a lot of good products are made there. I just don’t like how they are being deceptive, and selling cheap products with the guise that it’s under a British company when it’s not. Please use higher quality materials, or charge less.

After a few holding emails which sounded personal but were not, jumper arrived. Absolutely horrible and cheap and nasty. But (and its my fault i didnt check) NO refunds. And why "Because everything is made to order". Absolute rubbish. Typical cheap Made in China item. Nowadays everything should be able to be returned and refunded.

Orthopedic trainers? These are the cheapest nastiest product I have ever received. Paid £45 for them I'd of got better quality off my local market for a fraction of the cost!

I thought I was buying from a UK seller in London, very misleading site. I will be reporting to trading standards.

I ordered a coat for my mums funeral, the coat 2 weeks later was still saying it was waiting to be dispatched not even in delivery. I emailed and asked what the issue was and explained why I had ordered the coat so they could understand why time of delivery was an issue. They responded explaining they had some issues with dispatch and assured me it was sorted. Even though I knew there was no way it would come in time I decided to wait and see what the coat was like when it came in, but it never did . When I was last able to check it was still saying it was waiting to be dispatched so I emailed again but now I’m not getting any response, and now when I try check the order it’s says my email or order number is wrong but it’s not . So £29.95 this cost me and no coat and no response. I actually paid through PayPal and have put a claim in to try get my money back but I personally think the site is a scam and would not order from them

I ordered jumpers when they came nothing like the picture horrible material I’ve emailed several times to return with no answer also waited over a month to come , this is very poor trying to get refund still no answer going to ask my bank to look into fraud don’t buy from them they have on there Web site 30 days money back this is rubbish I've revived 30% only back it's a Chinese company don't order from them the jumpers were nothing like picture and you don't get your money back because I've logged it with my bank they only given me a small amount back I spent 79..pounds down the drain

Do not order!!! I am extremely unhappy with the item I received.. I had ordered authopedic trainers and they are the worst thing i have ever had..
Hard and plastic... arrived very late also.. I'm now trying to do a return and the customer service is offering me a % of my payment and Keeping the product each time I refuse they up the % .. when all I want is my money back.. do not use this company

Ordered two items, one size was wrong!
After sending a message to the customer support i received a free replacement and i was able to keep both products.

To start of with, i wanted to write a 1 star review, but they solved the issue very fast. Happy client!

Chinese seller? Maybe born in London but appears Chinese. If I had realised I would have avoided. Item did arrive after some odd emails about postal delays due to holidays (none in Uk) with various other reasons for delay- quality ok, but size!!! As a large busted lady, Chinese clothing never copes with big busted girls. Bottom fits but top doesn’t meet, even after selecting XL. Not much help on their web page to select correct size and normally XL very roomy (16-18)So, beware, long delivery and only for slim petite women. Glad only spent £27 and item relegated to recycle bag😔 expensive mistake

**The product arrived 3 weeks later, and looks absolutely nothing as what was described. There is no documentation on how to send it back and there have been no responses to my emails. I did contact my bank to dispute the transaction.

If I don’t receive any information by close of business today,regarding my order I will be contacting my bank to report the transaction as theft!

Was worried after seeing the current reviews but received two emails keeping me informed on the status of my order and then received it. A little later than expected but it arrived and was a lovely item… good quality, well sized and really nice.

Awful product - I bought some PJs (under the name Epoque). Horrific quality, avoid!!

Scam.
Products are terrible replicas of the photos in absurd sizes. They will shorty upload a new returns policy and make you return it to China at £18 then claim tracking has not worked. Please avoid

Eg PJ’s I received through Rpoque were cheap synthetic not the natural cotton used on their website - this site looks the same
