i bought a rotating car seat to face my child front little that i know you can not recline or take off bas so if i put her in it and she falls asleep she goes forward hanging and it was unsafe for her -so i was going to return it to the company but you ahve to pay for shipping was gonna be $115 - and the costumer service say well that company policy - worse place to buy a car seat

I purchased an Evenflo travel stroller…

I purchased an Evenflo travel stroller that unfortunately developed a defect. I followed all instructions and promptly sent a video showing the issue along with a photo of the sticker displaying the model number and date of manufacture.

Despite sending multiple emails to Evenflo ParentLink email id, I have received no response whatsoever. It’s been weeks, and the stroller is now unusable. The lack of communication and support is extremely frustrating, especially after providing all the documentation they requested.

I expected better from a company that markets itself as family-focused. If Evenflo cannot resolve this issue or at least acknowledge it, I’ll have no choice but to switch to another brand and share my experience with other parents.

I hope this review prompts them to take customer concerns seriously.

I purchased the Reo Revolve 360 Holden…

I purchased the Reo Revolve 360 Holden car seat. When I received it, I attempted to install and it was too big for my car. So, I uninstalled and called them after trying to email and chat with them for a couple days and getting their number off the box.
I had the pleasure of speaking with a customer service rep who is extremely rude. Sent me an email. The only information I got was an address that said I had to send it back at my own expense. Went to UPS. They told me it would cost $150 to send back. Obviously I'm not going to pay $150 to send back something that cost over $250. So I'm going to try to sell it on marketplace or something to try to recover some of my money. But I will never ever purchase anything from this freaking company. BTW I would not even give one star for this experience but that is not an option.

Still have not been contacted!!! Horrible customer service

The worst customer service that can be encountered!!! The only answer they continued to relay is what ParentLink cannot do!!
I purchased their most expensive travel system as well as the additional base. I tried to make this purchase from 04/22/25 through 04/30/25. There were problems with Evenflo's site. Evenflo had a 10% off coupon that each time entered I was told was invalid and the offer had expired. I continued to request new coupons. Finally on 04/30/25 the coupon supplied worked and I was able to purchase the travel system. On the evening of 04/30/25 there was an increase in price during the time I was trying to make my purchase of $139.99. Now making the travel system 839.99
I made my purchase from one of my two email addresses and tried to add these purchases into my reward account. The site continued to tell me no purchase had been made.
With the points from my purchases and the100 points Evenflo provided for certain conditions I had met. At this point I should have had enough points to be a VIP rewards member.
Fast forward ParentLink has dug in it's feet it said that reward points cannot be moved from one account to another. The problem these point were never credited to any account. I asked that a person higher up in the company contact me. I was told me complaint had been escalated. I have never had the courtesy of the phone call I expected nor the contact I expected nor were these points credited.
I feel I have been cheated by Evenflo and will make sure to warn everyone I know that it is buyer beware with the company!!!!!!

Worst customer service experience

Never sent me my preorder for their new hummingbird stroller. When it was already released for sale, they still didn't process it AND refused to refund me. Also cancelled my order for a baby gate using mostly points, never got points back either. The worst customer service ever seen.

Do not buy

Do not buy, customer service does not exist outside of purchasing products. Accept returns only at the customers costs. Even if you get ahold of customer service response will likely not resolve any issues.

Balance Wide Bottles - Worthless

I was a happy Evenflo customer, having bought their Balance Wide bottles a year ago and I have been so happy with them. I recently bought another set and unfortunately, they have changed the bottle design/supply to the point where THE NEW BOTTLES ARE LITERALLY POINTLESS. 1) The caps and lids are NOT interchangeable with the old design. 2) The new caps do not screw on very well - I have now sprayed myself with boiling hot formula 5 times after attempting to screw on a cap and shaking the bottle. 3) The new lids do not stay on AT ALL, so it is IMPOSSIBLE to take these bottles anywhere without leaking. As soon as you put them in your bag, the lip pops off and milk starts to leak out of the nipple. To make matters worse, when I complained about this to customer care and requested a refund, they refused, giving excuses about stock issues. Their stock issues are not my problem, and I have just paid full price for a set of bottles that are literally useless... so disappointed after being a loyal Evenflo customer for the past year!

Ordered a seat tried to cancel before it was even shipped or shipping label was even printed

Ordered a seat, Entered something incorrectly on the address, tried to address the issue within a minute of the 90 minutes they claim to allow to cancel packages after ordering.
Surprise Surprise, they don't have a cancel button on their orders page or anywhere I looked. I tried calling, they were closed because it's a weekend.

Called monday morning, I am told they don't allow cancelations after 90 minutes, at this time the shipping department has "taken over".

The shipping Label wasn't even created until the evening of that day. So now I am stuck waiting for FedEx to receive the package and send it. Now I am told I have to contact fedex to have them reverse the package or Hold the package at a facility near me.

How I'm going to do this? idfk >:(

Evenflo is a horrible car seat company…

Evenflo is a horrible car seat company that is ripping off families for their own profits, and neglecting the safety of children! They are under investigation for many of their carseats not being safe, and for Evenflo knowing about this and deciding to sell them anyways. We purchased one and tried to return it, and their customer service is of course AWFUL too. I waited 5 hours to speak to someone, there were 34 callers ahead of me, and I have to now expense the return on my own dime! DO NOT BUY YOUR CARSEATS FROM HERE. GRACO is much better, we had no issues with them for our first car seat, and are going to go with them again for our Toddler seat because they are safe, reliable, and responsive. Shame on you Evenflo for being in this business.

Chose a different brand !

I think your customer service system is terrible . I normally buy Graco products and they have a lifetime guarantee and they always assist the customer . I have an improperly functioning car seat and nobody cares about my child’s safety due to when it was purchased. It is a shame that the purchase date of this product is the factor of why I simply can’t be given a new car seat , as this is supposed to last through different stages.

That isn’t a good customer service plan for your company. I will never buy anything from Evenflo again. I will be looking for explore this further in a cooperate level and I will not buy from company again.

Even the turnaround for customer care was terrible . After reading these reviews, I see I am not the only person who has experienced such in-success with the company, and if your reading this, buy from another company!

0 Stars for instruction (written by engineers with no user experience in mind)
0 Stars for securing mechanisms (Car seat moves way too much. Go ahead and spend 5 hours and have 3 different sets of neighbors help to confirm its trash)

Horrible product/warranty/customer service

I live in Canada and the number to call is long distance yet the America. Number to call is toll free.
The belt on the seat frayed and they are blaming it on a rodent. The seat has never left my car, there are no signs of animals in my car (it's new) and no one will replace it. I've asked for a call back and haven't heard anything in several weeks. DONT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR CHILDS SAFETY

Such Terrible customer service and company

I bought a gate and had issues with it and they posted I needed to call their Parent Link team and they'd be happy to help me. After a terrible experience following up as they suggested I posted this review...and they MODERATED it and refused to post it because I had negative things to say about them:
"The Parent link team is a scam. After I posted this review, I got the reply to contact them and did so. They said I should return the gate which as I indicated in my review I wasn't interested in messing with after all the trouble with it and the NEED for something blocking my stairs. They wrote back to criticize how I installed the gate in a manner not consistent with directions. I replied I was happy to hear if they think they think they have a product better suited to my needs because I need 4 gates total and then... nothing. No reply in a month. What a scam. Evenflo customer service is a joke. If you want to criticize me, don't invite me to take time out of my busy day so you can do so and offer nothing to help me other than to leave my stairs unblocked to my VERY mobile 9 month baby to return your product after I already indicated lack of desire to do that. I'd take away all stars at this point if I could. What I am doing is buying another brand and Evenflo will lose all my current and future business and that of anyone else willing to hear how bad their products and customer service are."

I can't believe they make customers…

I can't believe they make customers call them to return items and they make you pay for them! I can't wait to see how much this giant heavy car seat is going to cost to ship it back to them. Probably will cost more than I paid for the car seat. You suck evenflo. Never buying from you again

Difficult return process - customer service MIA

I have bought many evenflo products,and…

I have bought many evenflo products,and have been happy in the past ... HOWEVER we purchased a defective breast pump for my premie granddaughter who could not latch on. It was pertinent we had a working breast pump!!!! After spending $119.00 on a defective BREAST PUMP...The store wouldn't return our money or exchange the breast pump. OF course we had to purchase another brand of breast pump. They told me to contact EVENFLO I did..THEY WILL NOT GIVE ME A REFUND FOR A DEFECTIVE BREAST PUMP!! R YOU KIDDING ME!!! NOPE!!!....I will go out of my way to NEVER BUY ANYTHING EVENFLO AGAIN!!!! HAVE A NICE DAY!!!....Hope your customer Service gets better!!!! I would like my MONEY BACK! REFUNDED!!!
