When I ordered the six pack of bottles it came with only five. I called the 800-number they were extremely helpful and courteous and I had a new pack of bottles with extras in the mail within a week and a half

I called to order new parts for a seat and received great customer service that includes the replacement parts for free and we're delivered several days sooner than expected. They also did well at verifying that we ordered the correct part.

I had some problems with my first stroller. I contacted the customer service. Had a fantastic return. My new one is amazing!

My order was processed and shipped quickly.

I ordered the double stroller ( great product) for my 2 month and 20 month old. I paid almost 50 dollars for expedited shipping which meant the product would be shipped a minimum of 2 days after processing the order. The order status stayed in "processing" for over a week. I called the 800 number with no answer to figure out why I haven't received the stroller or even an update on the order. After almost 2 weeks I received the stroller in the mail. I paid an additional 50 for expedited shipping and it was NOT shipped quickly. Choosing that option was a total waste of money in my opinion. Won't be ordering from the site again. Again great product for a great deal on the stroller it self but extremely dissapinted in the customer service and shipping turn around.

Evenflo remains to be the best, safest, and affordable option for baby gear. I've had 5 children and bought over 20 Evenflo products, from baby gates, to carseats, strollers, playyards, and high chairs. I would never hesitate to recommend them to all new mother's. Their products are durable, practical, innovative, and easy on the wallet. Go Evenflo!

My 7 year old has spastic diplega cerebral palsy. We got this seat for him and its amazing! He's 49lbs and 47.5 ins. We are seatbelt training now but he is able to still ride 5pt safely with growing room.

I appreciated the customer service. I had a defective car seat. I expressed my concerns, received a quick reply, and was sent a replacement car seat with very little fuss. I also received a free shipping label to send the defective seat back for inspection.

My experience with evenflo exceeded my expectations! I am so thankful the Chat option is available online!

Wonderful Customer Experience very prompt and understanding of their product limitations; however, the Evenflo brand itself i.e., the materials are not very durable.

The customer service representative was friendly. I'm angry that even after a new frame was provided by Evenflo, the issue with the front wheels on the Urbini stroller still exists. The infant car seat chest clip is also dangerously flimsy and easily comes undone (mind you my daughter is not old enough to undo it by herself, yet when we get to our destination the chest clip is undone) and the stroller/travel system is still being sold in stores and online.

It would be a sign of good customer service if Evenflo would send a brand new Evenflo stroller of comparable style to all customers that purchased this stroller to be picked up at Walmart in exchange for the Urbini travel system we all purchased. I can't believe Evenflo would put their brand in danger instead of fixing this dangerous issue with the Urbini travel system by scrapping the design and going back to the drawing board to design a better, safer travel system.
