Food is fresh and tasty and prices are reasonable! The only thing I didn’t realise is that I would have a collection place and as I don’t drive it makes picking up groceries a bit difficult, I thought it was delivery to my front door, but most happy apart from this! Cheers.

I’ve been ordering from FD For at least a couple years now and I am always impressed with the quality offered. The fruit keeps, it’s high-quality, there’s a vast amount of choice. Every now and then I’ve been unpleasantly surprised by the size of something, but they do give you weights of what you are buying. so it’s not their fault if I find a pound of sweet potatoes to be smaller than I expected.

Tonight the delivery was quite late, which is extremely rare for them. I got a notice that it would be late, then, when it exceeded that notice, I emailed them and got an immediate apology, And a $16 credit for the inconvenience. I have found their team to be professional and patient, We have never eaten better than when buying from them. Although they are not inexpensive, careful planning and lack of impulse purchasing mean that I can get away with more bargains than if I were to go to our supermarket, with its inferior produce and possibility of exposure to virus. I recommend Fresh Direct, happily.

Produce delivered when requested. Everything very fresh, and at least as much as ordered (a little more in some cases). Will order from Get Fresh again!

So easy to deal with. Product is always fresh and tasty. Wouldn't go anywhere else for my fruit, veg, milk and bread . Five stars all the way
