You were almost impossible to contact and get a response I had to get help from vodafone. One item in the Christmas sale was out of stock the replacement wasn't as good. I will never order from you again.

Ordered broadband with Vodafone and…
Ordered broadband with Vodafone and they didn't change my billing address, the letter for the free Google gifts went to my old address and it seems they have made the order for the Google gifts using my name. Vodafone have updated my address but getgofone have not responded as I need them to cancel this fraud order.

Edit 3, As of 08/11 still has not been sorted. Last email said that Vodafone say im still in cooling off period, yet when i speak to Vodafone that say that's not the case. Takes over a week at a time to get responses via email.
Edit 2, heard back from them on 20/10 saying that my cooling off period hasn't finished yet, and when it has my products will be sent. I replied almost instantly saying that I believe this to be incorrect, as it had been 50 days at time of writing. Still waiting for a reply.
Edit, as of today 12/10 I Still have not heard back from them.

Ordered Vodafone broadband and got the deal with the free Google stuff.
My broadband deal went live on the 1st of September, I still hadn't received my gifts by the 30th. So I contacted Vodafone and after a lot of messing around, they sent me a link to getgofone. They said I had to fill out a form and would get a reply within 24hrs.
So I filled out the form on Thursday the 30th, I hadn't heard from them by Monday the 4th so I filled out another.
Got a response on Tuesday the 5th asking for my order number and I replied within an hour. Now as of Friday the 8th I have still not heard back from them.
It's well over a month now, and Vodafone won't help and getgofone just seem impossible to get a hold of.
Strongly consider going with someone else.
