POOR EXPERIENCE IN AFTER SALES SUPPORT .... BUT NOW RESOLVED.
Needed an apple accessory and ordered earpods
(ORDER NO GGF-961338) on sunday evening 29/11 at 21:36.
Cancelled order 30/11 at 10:44 but despite that the order was shipped 30/11 at 23:59.
Requested return and it arrived back with them 7/12 at 11:38 . Royal Mail Tracked.
So ... here we are at 7/1 and still no credit!!!
FOOTNOTE.
Following my above review on Trustpilot I have received a personal phone call from a senior manager of the company who explained that my experience was extremely rare and that my case had 'simply fallen thro the cracks'.
A promise of a speedy refund was made and duly arrived within a couple of days.
Great service in the end so I have to accept that my personal experience was a bit of a one off.
