Not sure if it is helping yet. It has been about 2 weeks. I try to listen more then 1 or 2 times a day to either he same or multiple audio's, especially when I am feeling overwhelmed or not 100%. Everything takes time and I am planning to stick with this. I do appreciate and find value in what I am hearing.

The sessions are a joke; they don't work. Even though it says they will provide a full refund if you are not satisfied, they don't. That is a lie. To get a refund, you must listen to 6 sessions. Then they tell you, per their terms and conditions, you are not eligible for a refund.
Also, the first thing they say is this:
The Site cannot and does not contain professional or definitively accurate product/service advice and/or opinions. I know better; I should have googled it, but I didn't. Now I am out to make sure it is widely known that this is a scam and a waste of time and money.
10/20/25 - now that I have made a Public review that if I could give them zero stars I would Happyo pretends they want to help me publicly, they could have done this in the first place and not wasted my time. And it has been a waste! Let me post ALL my emails to them:
TIME LINE OF EVENTS:
9/12/25 – ordered product – listened to 1st session HATED it, went to cancel right away saw I had to listen to 6 sessions. Ugg. But processed to make time for this during the month of September and did.
10/11/25 – requested cancelation (within the 30 day window)
10/11/25 – received email from Sarah@happyo confirming subscription cancelation from Sara, refund request being submitted for review
10/12/28 - received email from happyo telling me that my refund request was not approved due to their terms and conditions
10/13/25 – I responded linking the portion of the terms that says that if a cancellation is received within 30 days and 6 sessions were listened to they will provide a full refund – asked what part of the terms did I not follow – (I listened to 6 sessions as required)
10/13/25 – received another blanket denial without exact reason I did not follow the terms
10/13/25 replied again to ask what part of the terms I did not complete.
10/13/25 - received another blanket denial without exact reason I did not follow the terms
10/16/25 – sent them a final email saying I was contacting my credit card company to file a dispute. (and I did)
10/16/25 - received another blanket denial without exact reason I did not follow the terms
10/16/25 – Filed a dispute providing all this information to my credit card company
10/16/25 – posted original review on trust pilot
10/16/25 – Happyo requests additional information on trust pilot. – asks to update my review with it or send it to them. (I responded via the Trust pilot system privately though I should not have because I already was done with it and filed the dispute)
10/17/25 – received refund confirmation from Happyo (not sure if it was my public call out or the CC dispute)
10/17/25 – contacted my CC company to let them know I got the refund, they assured me they would follow it up from there, once confirmed the refund will not be reversed they will close the dispute.
All this to say to others, DON’T GIVE UP. If you are within the 30 days, and you listened to the 6 sessions as required DISPUTE THIS GARBAGE.
BUT I GOT MY REFUND.

This company is a scam, most of the content AI generated and even if you mail them for a refund you going in circle because there is a bot answering and no matter what you say you will get same response.
Reported to Citizen advice and News as well, hopefully an article is coming out soon to make people aware. STAY AWAY! YOU WILL NEVER SEE A REFUND FROM THEM!

Update: After I wrote this Trustpilot review the Happyo company contacted me and processed a refund, in accordance with their refund policy. My original review (below) is still relevant. I was not satisfied with the quality of the recordings, plus it was not easy to get the refund.
I was not satisfied with the recordings and asked for a refund. I got a reply from the company that a refund was not possible, along with a link to their policies. In those policies it clearly states that refunds are an option. Every time I emailed back I got the same reply so I concluded that I was communicating with a chatbot. I was only out $33 but wanted to put this here to warn others in case they are thinking of giving a substantial amount of money to this company.
I wanted to cancel because, for one thing, every time the recorded voice said to repeat a series of statements I wouldn't be given the time to repeat them. The statements would be run all together with no space between for me to repeat them. I concluded that these sessions were probably prepared by AI and no one reviewed them.

Even though I don't remember what was said in the recordings,I do start to notice subtle changes.

Total relaxation
My body became totally relaxed. However I had a bit of difficulty corralling my thoughts which I hope I will be able to do as I work the course.

It was such a strange feeling and I couldn't open my eyes. I can't relax ever and was able to. Excited this might actually work for me.
