On time on budget well packed return no issues would use again

Do NOT use this company. Initial contact by both phone and email lulled me into a false sense of security, then once they had my device they moved the goal posts on price and would only start work once I had transferred the full amount of money to them. Then weeks later they told me my CD player was "beyond economical repair" and offered me a small refund. They stopped replying to my emails and calls to discuss the amount and because I no longer trust them I have refused to give them my bank details and so will never see that money again. They also still have my defunct CD player. In my final email to them I gave them two weeks to resolve the matter- since then nothing.
I have reported them to trading standards today.
4th March 2025: The company contacted me to ask me to remove this review. They also requested my bank details again. I declined on both counts.

This company was a great find and fairly local, excellent postage process, excellent photographic update when my Amp arrived at Get it Fixed. They did a great job to get my old AV amplifier back up and running good as new. I will most definitely be using Get it Fixed as my number 1 electronics repair company.

My Bluetooth headset failed I could not get any sound out of the headset get it fixed examined the headset and found a faulty audio cable was at fault. They then proceeded to repair the headset once I authorised the repair. Really good service from start to finish very professional and helpful will use again.

I recently found myself in a tough spot after buying a Behringer EPS500MP3 mixer and speakers on eBay, only to find the mixer didn’t work. That’s when I discovered Get It Fixed, and I was happy with the experience.

The entire process was smooth and professional. After explaining the issue, they provided a clear and timely quote, even covering the cost of shipping the mixer to their repair center. I paid a £32 upfront fee for an express assessment, and once their engineers identified the problem, they detailed the cost of parts and labour. True to their word, the final cost matched the initial quote, no surprises.

Although there was a minor delay in sourcing parts from Behringer’s supplier in Germany (beyond their control), the team kept me updated every step of the way. Once the parts arrived, the repair was done quickly, and they shipped the mixer back promptly. The result? A fully functional mixer with a brand-new motherboard, essentially good as new!

A thank you to James, Nathan, Anastasia, and the entire team for their honesty, professionalism, and outstanding service. While there might be cheaper options, I believe Get It Fixed offered value for money. They saved me from scrapping a perfectly good mixer and I’m grateful.

I recommend Get It Fixed, understand that the process takes time, but it works! I will trust them again.

Very helpful team, managed to diagnose issue with monitor despite it not being a typical service they provide. Also I could drop this unit in/ collect personally which was very helpful.

Stupidly sent off a PCB circuit from my electric garage door allegedly as this was the only way I could get a repair QUOTE they then said there would be a 3 to 5 week delay until they could look at it or I could send them £35 and they would look at it more quickly I asked them to return my item as I was not prepared to wait or pay them I am still waiting for a response

Never use this company sent my rotel cd player for repair as it had been unused for a long time and grease had gone sticky and would eject this company told me what it needed I paid over £200 got it back after many weeks still not working took it apart 6 screws only to get lid off only to find cardboard and melted black wax to keep tray in place which hadn't worked if this is the standard of expertise of this company I would advise everybody to KEEP WELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY IM DISCUSTED

NEVER use this company. The site implies about a week turnaround for standard repairs and a ticketing system for updates. This is all completely false.
After getting a quote for your repair (which they claim is a common fault they have regular experience of repairing) and you paying an invoice and sending them your repair, everything goes wrong.
Getting any info out of them is impossible. No one answers the phone. On the rare occasions they reply to emails, they don't know what was previously communicated (i.e. no ticketing system) and it took 7 WEEKS to get my item back.
They claimed it had been repaired but it hadn't. They didn't even bother to test it before sending it back! When you then complain their response is to request you paying to send it to them again. Unsurprisingly at that point you realise it's a con and move on.
BUYER BEWARE.

Autel scan tool repaired charging port and they advise me a new battery replacement, which i did.They also post me all damaged parts back, as i requested them.Thank you again.

This is such a scam avoid like the plague. The good reviews must be made up ones so read the one star reviews.
No doubt, you’ll be drawn in by their fancy web site, they won’t want to commit to an estimate but suggest you send your item in (using their free postage label), to be diagnosed. When they receive it they have you by the ‘short and curly’s’, especially if you value the item. Firstly they’ll ask for a £35 express repair or wait 6-8 weeks (it says on their web site a standard repair takes 3-5 days), and it goes on from there - read the other reviews and if your sensible, avoid them like the plague.

Reliable and easy. All done online & via email. I got them to have a look at my NAD3225PE amp - they diagnosed the problem, fixed it and also carried out an upgrade - all in consultation with me and for a great price too!

I’m having a similar experience to others.

Advised of repair cost with additional £32 for delivery and handling. The Ts & Cs state £22.

Don’t answer calls or emails. Rang from another number and they answered; said the website is always being updated but we will ask the manager to reduce the cost of the delivery/handling

Heard nothing since and no replies to emails.

After being informed by the NEFF repair engineer that the main control board had failed and that they could no longer provide a replacement the options were to throw away an otherwise perfectly good American style fridge freezer or to find a company that could diagnose and repair the existing control board.
Having found 'Get It Fixed' online we started the process of diagnosing and repairing the existing control panel. I must confess to having some reservations about this company to begin with as they are not the easiest to communicate with and an £18.00 fee to give me an estimate turned into a £35.00 fee for an 'express estimate'
However, I was given a cost for the repair that I was happy to accept and after paying them the item was returned to me approximately a week later cleaned and fully repaired.
The fridge freezer is now fully operational again and the £2500.00 I would have had to pay out for a new one is still in the bank.
They definitely have their own way of working but clearly know what they are doing.

Must say that I am really grateful, for repairing my DENON AV Amplifier AVC-X4800H.
As I could not find anyone local to get it fixed.
I had a power surge, and my Denon start smoking. Immediately removed power and looked to get it done. Came back fully restored after a 6 weeks waiting time.

Thank you guys for sorting out my vintage Marrantz cd player.

The unit wasn't reading any cds, they installed new original Philips optical laser head, with a dac stage mainboard, fully recapped.
What I can say, that all cds started to sound way better.
Sound quality improved dramatically.
Overall really impressed.
