Highly Recommended!

Jobber has been a great CRM when it comes to my cleaning business. Everything from quoting, scheduling, invoicing and follow up has been great. I love the phone app too.

Also, the Jobber team has been very helpful with any challenges I face. They've stayed on the line with me for over 45 minutes to get any issues I have solved or in the hands of someone who can help! Thanks guys!

It's perfect for my large residential cleaning company

I've been using Jobber for my residential cleaning business for 5 years, since day one of launching. I choose Jobber because it had, at the time, over 5K 5-star reviews and I figured it had to be good. I was right. It is MORE than good, it is AWESOME! I absolutely love this CRM. I've compared it to other CRMs designed specifically for cleaning businesses, and I still feel that Jobber's functionality, design, reports, and customer feedback is so superior to those other options - including better pricing overall. I recommend it to every small business owner I meet. I have heard some in my industry say that they have outgrown Jobber, but I do over $1.2M in revenue, have 30 employees and I still have not outgrown Jobber's ability to meet our needs.

Jobber has helped my business grow…

Jobber has helped my business grow significantly in the last 4 years. The customer service team is awesome to talk to. I recently had some issues with the service and Kristina was wonderful to talk with. She walked me through and helped me through all my concerns. As a small business owner I will continue to use jobber to help me in the future.

Very Knowledgeable and Helpful

I just finished talking with Brendon for 50 minutes. WOW -it was the most productive call!

Brendon was very patient as he listened to the many details I provided and then put together some ways in which we could fix our issues. In reference to invoicing, he provided 2 different methods and walked me through both. By doing this, I was able to choose the best fix for our tile company.

He asked very good direct questions. The issues, to us, were very important and needed to be dealt with as we had begun receiving customer complaints due to the numerous texts Jobber sent them.

All in all, you can tell Brendon enjoys talking and helping people and his kindness was heard through the phone.

Been working with this platform for a…

Been working with this platform for a little over a year. The frustration with having to call, the pre-stress is awful. They almost NEVER can answer simple questions. I'm on a call back now and on hold because the agent 20 minutes ago gave the wrong information and now this agent does not know either and is checking into it. Unbelievable. I'm only asking which column on a report is the actual total since there are 2 and they are different. Almost every call for over a year, this is what they are like. I would leave but it's mandatory by the franchise.

Jobber is a great tool

Using Jobber for my HVAC business since about 4 months. So far everything been great. Customer support is on point and fast. Features are well incorporated. Scheduling, quoting, billing all work well. You can even collect payments within the Jobber app. Definitely give it a try.

Tech help closes at 330pm pacific daylight time

I use jobber for my buisness but I just found out that they are only available to call about tech questions until 430pm mountain time it is super sucky because my workers work till 5pm or 6pm and I need help with my route optimization and if I call and have them help while my employees are still working it could potentially mess up there entire route and cost me a lot of money. I feel like if you offer a app for companies to do routes you need to have a 24 hr human to be able to talk to because different businesses operate different hours. Im glad I'm not on the west coast because they close at 330pm for them that is crazy early. We'll that's my opinion on it and it is very frustrating
