Ordered the wrong size bed, only noticed after building it. Contacted them and Grace was so helpful even though it was my mistake. Grace arranged for collection or the wrong be plus a replacement to be delivered. Excellent service!

Thanks to Adam and Sean’s speedy service our Ottoman was moved and put back in half an hour! It was great service of Get Laid to agree to help us move our bed after four years of purchasing.

I've got two beds - the deco and a Japanese storage bed - and am very happy with both. All the design touches and size variations makes it easy to request something that really suits the space. Aaron and Ashley came exactly when they said and did a very efficient build. Would definitely recommend. After decades of white flat pack I finally feel like a grown up

There were paint drips and chips and rough cuts and cracks all over the bed, after our delivery problems I honestly was just over it but I was shocked how bad this quality was for the price, no care seemed to have gone into the actual making of the bed and in real life before of this it looks really cheap like we made it ourselves.

The delivery is a 1*
They didn't turn up and just changed the date even though I had waited in all day and after I complained and fairly had my delivery refunded, when he did turn up in an unmarked van then just dumped the boxes on our doorstep and left without much of a word.

I feel the website and design does not match up with the actual product.
This is such a same as we have a 6 bed house and our plans was to have one of these in every room as we loved the design and colours so much we liked the idea of natural wood and that they would all be the same but different.

Adam and Pablo were superb, efficient, tidy and prompt. Would highly recommend for a hassle free bed delivery experience

Today Aaron and Ashley came to do the job. Really nice guys. Very professional and courteous. Highly recommend.

The company were good at communicating what was going on. Delivery was timetabled well in advance (not the day before) and they phoned before to confirm that they would be arriving soon. Adam and Paulo were polite and pleasant and didn't complain about the three flights of stairs that they had to take everything up. The bed is lovely and the drawer is on wheels which is a bonus. The option to have the bed built on site was much appreciated. Very happy with the service.

Adam and Pablo were incredible! So fast and so kind. They absolutely crushed it and the bed is gorgeous. I am a very happy buyer! Best experience. Also extra points for Adam cracking jokes.

Adam and Paulo were fantastic delivering and assembling my Emperor knight space saver bed. They were both very friendly, knowledgeable and careful in delivery around the property. Delivered and assembled the bed very quickly, cleanly and removed any rubbish. Looking forward to a great nights sleep.

Visited the showroom today & was greeted by Grace who was welcoming, friendly & professional. We then met George, who knowledgeably talked us through the options we had been looking at online & helped us getting to the decision we were happy with. The service throughout our visit was friendly, professional & we would definitely recommend a visit!

Had my delivery and assembly of 2 beds yesterday.
After a little confusion Aaron put the beds together in record time~ with great skill.
