Joe is an amazing technician and I highly recommend this company. He answered all my questions with precision and detail.

I contacted Getsmoffice today and was delighted to be helped by John Zarandin. He was fantastic and solved my problems when I told him I had "lost" Office. John with my permission, took control of my machine, reinstalled Office along with taking me through some shortcuts in how to make my screen look easier to read.

I had a small issue with my copy of Office. Eric remoted onto my desktop and sorted the issue within 10 minutes. Absolutely brilliant customer service. Buy with confidence.

Great service. A lot of patience trying to help when download of programme was problematic.

It ends there. I was sent the wrong product. They quickly said they sent a quick update with the correct product I ordered. The download process took hours and then my computer rejected it. I never used the authorization code. I asked for a refund. 3 weeks later, no refund nor usable product.

I needed to purchase Microsoft Publisher to be able to work remotely for a temp position at church. Jesus was able to help me by remotely working on my computer. He was very helpful since in the past I have had a little trouble in downloading and installing programs on my own. He was very helpful and was able to do everything quickly and professionally.
