Great service. A lot of patience trying to help when download of programme was problematic.

It ends there. I was sent the wrong product. They quickly said they sent a quick update with the correct product I ordered. The download process took hours and then my computer rejected it. I never used the authorization code. I asked for a refund. 3 weeks later, no refund nor usable product.
