Quick and easy import / export of invoices. Love it.

I really like it - we use at our company. But it sooooo slow sometimes...

Excellent Support- I needed invoices from an online Platform which getmyinvoices did not currently offer. I was a free trial customer however they quickly designed a script to pull the required invoices. They as a result gained a long term customer.

This was on 23/12 when most companies are off.

Is helping our company with downloading a multitude of Amazon, Microsoft and Adobe invoices. It takes a little bit of effort to get it rolling initially. Be sure to set your initial invoice pull to only pull your recent date range. I made the mistake of letting it pull everything, which wiped out my document allotment for the month. Support is not fine, appears to only run during German work hours. Once this is tuned in, I expect it to save us about 2 hours a month of labor.

The invoice downloading works well but it works not very well for bank in Reunion island

Great tool which helps during our digitalisation process.
Many portals available but they do not all work great by default.
But support is pretty reactive and usually fix the issue quickly.
Also, they add in less than 24 hours a new portal, which is good!

downloading invoices from amazon has always been a problem, now I have this tool and I'm happy, there are problems but support is helpful!

I tested MANY competing solutions and could not find anything close to this one.
A lot of portals available, including for French suppliers : thanks a lot neighbours !

Works as advertised - brilliant!
Only have been using it for a few days, but seems to collect invoices as it should. In fairness:
Have not been able to see how well the email inbox scanning works, nor how well the automated suggestions for reconciliation are.

Great for time saving. GetMyInvoices allows us to now pull invoices from many of our suppliers without having to manually go in and download them one by one, these are then automatically pushed into our accounting platform allowing for significant reduction in workload

This program allowed us to reduce manual work and give more time for value-added tasks.

Getmyinvoices is a really great and easy to use tool. We use it for several companies and its for sure a huge help for the entire accounting / backoffice team. The support is good, the tool is easy to use.

I had tested GMI for 2 weeks, and I was very happy with this app. Therefore, I subscribed to the Standard plan yesterday. The customer support is always very responsive. All my questions were answered within 1 or 2 days. To my surprise, all my needed supplier portals, except two, are in the supported list and the connectors work, even for Alibaba and Aliexpress. There is the possibility to request them to add the missing portals. I hope that my 2 missing portals will be added soon. 2-factor authentication by some portals could sometimes cause connection disruption, if you don´t enter the received verification code immediately, because you are not aware of it. But, the support told me that they are working on a solution to this issue.

GetMyInvoices has been helpful to centralize all of our invoices from vendors.
