Delivered punctually. Product good quality

I'm very pleasd I came across this company when searching for personalised gifts. Added benefit is the April sale. Photographs of products are helpful and are accurate for the items I purchased. Delivery is quick and easy, with goods arriving in good order, thank you.

Showed my husband what his looked like and he really liked it but told him he had to wait until xmas. I also bought 4 other ones for Xmas gifts and they all have to be hidden until then.

Ordered just what I needed for a friend's 70th birthday, perfect. Delivery service very good and came within the week.

While the item was made "correctly" as customer service told me, it wasn't made well. I ordered the golf ball markers and they are probably wonderful if you order initials as opposed to a name. They offer up to 8 characters. I ordered two of these and one was with 5 characters and other was 8 characters. Unless you zoom in with a photo, neither is legible at less than arms length.

Company offered a 10% discount as compensation for my lack of satisfaction with their product. Offering $5 on a $50 order that is not made well, is not good customer service. They offered 50% discount on my next order when I countered. I would not deal with this company again.

The golf ball marker logos were small as were the names. Definitely not worth the price as quality just isn't there.

I already contacted customer support as stated in my review. Offer was not satisfactory. What else can you do?

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! LIARS AND SCAMS. LOCATED IN CHINA OFC!! Pictures are misleading, you do not get what you see online completely different!! I ordered the BEIGE COLOUR MOON SHAPE PILLOW AND IT LOOKS NOTHING LIKE A MOON, MADR FROM CHEAP MATERIAL AND COLOUR WAS WHITE!!! They ask you what shipping you want to pay for if you select 3-5 business days that means 20days!!!! Also paid for shipping cost too but never arrived until 20days later!! Terrible quality!! So so disappointed I could not give this as a gift anymore!! AVOID EVERYONE!!
