Got my son this football chain and pendant because this is his last year playing and he absolutely loved it ,he is almost 30 yrs old and his last year playing so this was a sentimental gift for him

So I wouldn’t even give this company one star. I still haven’t received the necklace I ordered for Mother’s Day and it’s now almost the end of April. I ordered express shipping as well. I’ve had nothing but issues with customer service. They kept emailing me asking for a phone number for the express shipping otherwise it would be sent via normal shipping. I emailed 4 times with my phone number and finally they actually read their emails properly. By this time 2 weeks have gone past and the necklace is still not here so I emailed for a refund on the express shipping. Which they offered to give. If I had known the items on here are coming from china I would have never ordered. Don’t bother buying express shipping. My SHEIN parcels come faster. Item is still not here so I’m waiting on another reply from customer service…..,.

I ordered 2 silver necklaces and received 2 gold necklaces. I have contacted the company twice now, without any response to rectify the situation. Hopefully they get back to me & fix this problem.

Update: 5/4/26 I HAVE CONTACTED THE COMPANY TWICE BY EMAIL WITH NO ANSWER! Please don't ask me to do something that is clearly in the review. This product was not able to be given for a birthday present and now for Mother's day. I did include the number both times. This is ridiculous.

Love the glass but website wasn’t easy to use for personalization so I didn’t end up personalizing it which was disappointing, but he loved it anyway

I'm very pleasd I came across this company when searching for personalised gifts. Added benefit is the April sale. Photographs of products are helpful and are accurate for the items I purchased. Delivery is quick and easy, with goods arriving in good order, thank you.

Showed my husband what his looked like and he really liked it but told him he had to wait until xmas. I also bought 4 other ones for Xmas gifts and they all have to be hidden until then.

Ordered just what I needed for a friend's 70th birthday, perfect. Delivery service very good and came within the week.

While the item was made "correctly" as customer service told me, it wasn't made well. I ordered the golf ball markers and they are probably wonderful if you order initials as opposed to a name. They offer up to 8 characters. I ordered two of these and one was with 5 characters and other was 8 characters. Unless you zoom in with a photo, neither is legible at less than arms length.

Company offered a 10% discount as compensation for my lack of satisfaction with their product. Offering $5 on a $50 order that is not made well, is not good customer service. They offered 50% discount on my next order when I countered. I would not deal with this company again.

The golf ball marker logos were small as were the names. Definitely not worth the price as quality just isn't there.

I already contacted customer support as stated in my review. Offer was not satisfactory. What else can you do?
