I, like another above, would rate this a zero if I had a choice. My order was placed, a week later the product still had not shipped. I requested a refund, lo and behold the product was dropped in the mail the following day. They finally responded stating it had been dropped in the mail and I should expect it soon. I informed them that I was not happy with them dropping it in the mail after requesting refund, again a canned response that it was in the mail and I would receive it soon. 4 refund requests later, they state that they will review my request after I receive the device. Why does something need to be reviewed when the request was sent prior to shipment? 3 weeks later device was received, photo sent unopened with request for refund again, and awaiting a response. Not hopeful now that other have had bad experiences. I’m not opening or using their product after this. Please don’t purchase. They are liars and scammers!
