We would like to clarify that order confirmation emails are sent automatically to the email address provided at checkout, and shipping confirmations are sent once an order has been processed and dispatched. If these emails are not visible in the inbox, we recommend checking spam, junk, promotions, or filtered folders, as they can occasionally be routed there by email providers.

We also want to clarify that our support team does respond to customer inquiries submitted through the contact information provided on our website. If you have not received a reply, it is possible that our response was filtered by your email provider or that we were unable to locate the order due to missing information.

We would like to clarify that once an order is shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier, and address-related delivery attempts or routing updates must be completed through the carrier’s system. If the carrier has advised that another delivery attempt will be made, we recommend continuing to follow up with them directly using the tracking information provided.

We understand how frustrating it can be when a package is delayed or routed incorrectly. However, we do not keep payment for orders without attempting fulfillment, and we do not intentionally withhold packages from customers. If an address or ZIP code issue occurred during delivery, our team can review the order details and assist with the available options based on the carrier’s tracking status.
