I ordered a slimmer waist trainer a long long time ago. About a year already passed. I sent many emails to them asking about the order and nothing came. I do not recommend this site

Didn't receive order, they don't reply to emails.

I ordered a bra over a month ago and NEVER even got it.

I've contacted these people time and time again, and they cant even send a simple reply.

I was not satisfied at all with my bra. It stuck for one use and then would not stick as well at all. When my body temperature went up, the bra fell off. Even after washing, the sticky material was not good. I will never buy one again.

I really wish it would have worked out. I was way too excited to use my powerburn bra....

A star is too much for them!
Since February.. It's been 4 months and I haven't received my order yet! I emailed them and I got a reply from someone called Jason Smith saying that the shipping takes from 1-4 weeks if it's international!!! And that was already in April.
I asked for a refund twice and I haven't got a reply.
I wish I would've read the feedback here first!
This is my worst buying online experience in my entire life!!!!!!

In April I ordered 2 bras. After a month I received 1. I sent an email regarding the second one. I was told it was sent separate. I still have not received it and it's the end of June. I sent email after email. All I get is a generic response. I can't get in touch with anyone. All I want is my bra or an answer to what is going on. If you can't send the bra then refund me. Terrible company.

This is a scam. Been waiting 2 months and they refuse to answer emails. The "tracking number" is not real. Thank goodness for Visa who gave me a full refund. Don't waste your money.

This is a Scam! The tracking number I received doesn't even match the right country my order should have been shipped to. However on my "confirmation email" the address they had for my information is correct, so I don't see how my item ended up in Switzerland as the destination country when clearly this company confirmed to send the parcel to a United States address. Just like everyone else on here, it's impossible to get a refund. DO NOT trust this site. It is a big lie!

If i could I wouldn't even give them a star! My item was faulty and ripped the first time I wore it and I can't get in contact with them! SCAM SCAM.

Did never get an answer or received anything from them. It seems as if there is no way to get your money back. Do not order from Powerburn!

I made a purchase of two of the Silicone Bras around April 25 2017 and have not received them. I've made several attempts to get an update on the product and /or to get my money back. Do Not Use This company!!!!

If I could give minus stars I would! Total scam.. always ready take take money out of the bank, ordered 4 months ago now and still haven't received my product or a refund and they fail to answer to emails!!! Pathetic

Ordered 45 days ago, never received, have emailed them, never reply. They are totally scam!!! Now even the website is closed.

They don't even deserve one star. HORRIBLE! Like everyone else on this page, I ordered my bra may 5th. Have yet to see it. I wrote them an email and they gave me DHLs phone number. Problem is, DHL only brought it into this country may 18th. After that it is in the postal service hands. And they only gave me a tracking number for DHL. This company is a bunch of liars! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. EVER!

It took 1 month and a half but I received it and it works perfectly.

Ordered my bra almost 2 months ago and never received it. Charged me almost 30$ for one bra and shipping!! Emailed them and keep waiting for nothing!

I ordered my bra since May 8th during their $10 sale and I am 100% convinced that this is a scam as I have yet to receive my package. I need to find a way where I could get my money back or at least find a way to get them to ship my order. I emailed them twice but I always get an automated reply and they don't have a number for customer service so I can't really speak to anyone so I'm basically f*d.

Like others have said, paid for item over a month ago and never received it. The website doesnt seem to exist anymore. This product was advertised through facebook.
