Ordered my bra for my prom a month in advanced, and never received it. I emailed plenty of times, yet no response. TOTAL scam.

Super Scam!! Be Careful!! I ordered a month ago... Fake "DHL" tracking number!!

I would rate this a 0 if I had a choice I ordered my bra over a month ago and I live in Australia whenever I order from overseas it's here within 2 weeks I finally got the package 2 days ago after waiting over a month for it I try it on and it's sticky which was good I put it on the next day with my backless outfit and the bra it no longer sticky! Do not order off this websit! I sent emails and all they sent back to me was their script they didn't answer any of my questions!

I live in Australia - normally, shipping from China doesn't take more than two or three weeks. It's been more than a month since I placed an order for two items. Only one has shipped, and my tracking number says it's now in Germany, on the other side of the world. This company is awful - they repeatedly fail to accept accountability for loss of money and fake products. If you want to give your money away, find a charity to donate to instead.

Only received one bra, told off Jason smith I would get a refund still waiting., they scam you and the bra doesn't even work.. avoid this seller

Only received 1 piece and paid for 2. They dont answer my emails. It took a month to deliver because the crappy bra came from China. Never order there!

I will never order from this company again. I ordered a bra on April 7 for my prom occurring May 6. It is now May 17 and the bra never came yet my account was charged. The company CLAIMS to ship in 3-10 business days and they also claim to deliver in 5-15 days after shipping yet my tracking number does not show that. i had to go out the night before prom and spend more money to find a bra for my prom dress. do not order from this company

never order from this company! I ordered the waist trainer and they never sent me the tracking number! when I emailed them to ask about it, I got ignored😡😡 now they changed the brand name from "powerburn" to "beautyboutique" !! Now The IG is shop_beautyboutique!! be careful everyone

I ordered one of the waist trainers in march and it never came so I emailed them that said they would refund the money and after two weeks of no refund I emailed them again and they said they can't do that I spent 60$ on nothing I want my money back now!

THEY WILL CHARGE YOUR ACCOUNT AND NOT SHIP ITEMS!!! Do not order fir this company. Called emailed and never received response will be turning them into BBB and looking into legal actions against this company for scamming so many individuals as I have read!!!! DO NOT EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR SCAMMING HARD WORKING INDIVIDUALS SHOULD BE ASHAMED!!!!

I brought a waist trainer from here, everything was good with the product, the delivery did take a while but that's because it's international shipping, the product itself was good and good quality but I did not continue to use it because waist training can be harmfull to your body.

I ordered a package April 4th, 2017 and it is now May 4th, 2017. I have tried multiple times to get in touch with the company and all I get back is a answer that is irrelevant to the question I asked them. DON'T ORDER FROM HERE!!! Luckily it was only $30 but still don't waste your time.

DON'T BUY ANYTHINGS FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. I have sent them multiple emails to refund me for the crappy waist trainer which broke the first time I tried it on. NEVER AGAIN!

Love my bra, I'm an A cup and made me look like a D! I also received my item by DHL! That is amazing for a cheaper product! Would recommend this site too anyone!

Ordered the waist trainer and silicone bra. Got an email with the tracking number.. Received a package with the same tracking number. However, it only contained 1 item.. The waist trainer. Package even says only 1 item. Emailed the company, sent a request on their website, and also messaged them on facebook.. The person Jason Smith replied to the email and website with an automated response telling me to check my email for the tracking. I sent over a picture of the package I received and he STOPPED responding. This company is scam. Do NOT order from them.. Bad customer service, terrible company. I have better luck with eBay, they at least send you what you ordered.. Ridiculous!!

I ordered a product from them on March 16th. It is now April 28th and I have not received it. When I reached out to support, Jason Smith said the tracking from USPS showed it will be here on April 22nd. . That was 6 days ago. When I requested a refund, he stopped responding. I have tried to contact the support @getpowerburn.com and have only been ignored. This is the worst company I have ever tried doing business with.

Warning... fake company! They will take your money but you will never receive your order. I placed my order at the beginning of January 2017, it is now mid April! I have made numerous attempts to contact their customer support, and have been lied to and finally ignoredand blocked from all their social media sites. DO NOT ORDER FROM POWERBURN!!!
