I found that this company is possibly a Scam in my opinion. I tried eleven times to purchase items and each time was told the item was out of stock, I couldn't get a refund until I submitted a one-star review of the company. all of a sudden, a refund was possible but only if I deleted the reviews.
Issues still unresolved.

My query was addressed effectively and accurately. Thanks Escalation Team

I had emailed the company about cancel my subscription and they were very helpful.

This company is fraudulant!!!!!!

I was responding to a Mr Price advert to receive a Mr Price parcel for R35 and getprogadget added their details to the bottom of this advert in very small fine print, so when you pay, you have actually subscribed to getprogadget without even meaning too and there is NO Mr Price parcel. They did the same thing with a Dove promotion.

I was happy with way they handled my complaint. It was handled professionally.
