The fact that when I ordered ir was buy 3 get 3 free. They were listed as $15.99 each roll on. Which should have been @ $48 plus taxes and shipping. Not $95 .
I immediately tried to cancel the order and was told it already shipped so it couldn't be canceled! I'm talking immediately, less than 5 minutes after ordering! Then 4 days later, I get an email stating that my item had shipped. So obviously, this company can not be trusted . They lie. In addition, I consider this bait and switch. Which is illegal. I will notifying my bank of fraudulent charges.
My advise, even if the stuff works, i'd sat away from this company. It can be bought elsewhere besides their website, but I won't be putting another penny in their pocket.

I ordered based on the 70% discount for the ROOTA hair product, as advertised. But when I paid thru my credit card, I noticed it was discounted just 68%! The payment online should be adjusted then per the advertisement.

When checking out they keep trying to upselling on new products with no real chance to fairly evaluate them. In the end the price almost doubled - was promoted at $20.95 x 3 and get 3 free plus taxes but end price was $125?.

I'm very discouraged. This is the second time I've tried to order this item and in both cases I was charged double what the advertisement said.
