THIS IS A SHADY COMPANY
As many people have stated, this is a shady company. Advertising says buy 3, get 3 free. Supposed to be $15.95 each. I emailed before buying and was assured I would receive 6 for $47.85. I placed the order, and was billed for $95.70! Emailed immediately and asked for a refund, was told it already shipped 10 minutes after ordering. WHO DOES THAT!? Was told I could wait until the shipment came, send it back at my expense, wait until they inspected it and restocked it and they would refund my money in several weeks, or I could get a 25% refund. I asked for the refund, which they said will take 21 business days. It's been 6 days, and no word on my shipment. I've emailed 3 times and NO REPLY. I tried calling and their recording sends you to the email.

If I could give zero stars i would. This company is a joke. I ordered 3 plus 3 free but no checkout came up. I checked bank and £35.85 had been taken twice. I went to email and they said it was already in fulfillment and couldn't be refunded. In advert it said 3 plus 3 free 6 roll ons would be sent. They say 3 plus 3 is 6 plus 3 free and 9 roll ons would be sent. After days of continuously sending emails I reluctantly accepted 25% refund which really went against the grain but I was so fed up of the whole process. I have today received my package with 6 roll ons and not 9 as they said. Ive emailed them and they just say ive had a refund and the matter is closed. I would never use this firm again and would advise extreme care if you decide to go ahead. Their perception of maths and mine are wirlds apart

Poor Construction of Roll-on Container
I cannot assess the product due to the faulty containers. I ordered three 25ml roll-on containers. When received I immediately attempted to use the product. Sadly, little, if any serum was released onto my scalp. There is no way to adjust the flow onto the roller. I tried all three containers, and they all were the same. I will not say the product does not work. All I can say is for those of you who gave positive reviews I'm happy you received roll-ons that worked properly. My suggestion for the company producing Roota would be to do away with the roll-on feature and go with a screw on top. I would not recommend ordering this product.

Beware of their False Advertising
This company or the distributor for Roota Haur BV is the worst. Beware when you see their promo Buy 3 Get 3 Free! After ordering 3 I never received a confirmation. The reason being, the confirmation just says 20% off and because it’s cheap I didn’t pay attention at first, until I received shipment of only 3 bottles, none of the 3 free included. When I reached out to Support, they insisted that what I ordered was only 20% off, as shown on their system, not the Buy 3+3 free. What a scam… why would I buy 3 to just try it if not for the promo which I sent them a photo of…. it’s false advertising. I’ve seen 3 other reviews with the same complaints on their 3+3 promo. Beware. Bad business practice.

I haven't received the product yet but have read a lot of reviews of it and everything has been positive. Hoping it works for me, where nothing else really has. All that expensive shampoo I have bought and sprays that are greasy. I'm hoping a DHT blocker that you put directly on the scalp works as it says. I take a DHT blocker orally, maybe they will work well together. If it works to stop shedding in a week or so like it says I will order more. It is a pretty good price.

I like that there are no side affects…
I like that there are no side affects like Minoxidile has. My son tried Minoxidile in his late teens and got migraines. Since he is in his mid 30's I am going to have him try this also since his testosterone levels are at an age where it is at a lower rate and more stable this product will at the very least stop his shedding and hopefully regrow some of his hair. Because believe it or not hair products can't differentiate between male and female hormones by middle age. If this product would only help females by law they have to let you know.

I bought Roota hair serum i purchased 3 for $15 and would get 3 free however my card was charged $95 i was outraged i had excess bottles i didn't use so I returned them then I contacted Customer service by phone regarding a refund no response I emailed the company no response if you buy this product be very careful they are scammners and Customer service is non existent do your research and look elsewhere i was in the process of contacting the Better Business Bureau or the Fair Trade commission for help this company needs to be put out of business so innocent consumers can't be victimized

Since having a gastric bypass in April…
Since having a gastric bypass in April of 21’ I already started my locs a before..What that means is once I’d had my surgery my hair would start to thin! Also means I would lose vitamins I needed to keep my hair healthy.. I’ve been using hair growth products from Tik Tok that work only to help my to grow not to stop the shedding..
