Everything was very well organized, excellent hotels, guides in Delhi, Agra, and Jaipur spoke very good Italian...
Azhar was always available for any requests (he added a free jeep tour of Ranthambore Fort with a guide and driver during the lunch break between the morning and afternoon safaris, where we managed to photograph tigers on both trips!!!).
We highly recommend GetsHolidays!!!

GeTS holidays arranged for us ( small group of 7 persones) a trip to Rajasthan for 14 days. Mister AzHaR and Mister Ajay took care of our roundtrip. They arragend everything in an exellent was. CLean and comfortable bus, the choice of the hotels was very good. We had an Italian speaking guide, who took very much care of all our wishes. We really can recomend GeTS holidays. MIster AJay and Mister AzHaR made our trip an unforgettable experience.

Amazing experience. My dream came true and I can say that this trip was so magic. Guides(Bundy in Delhi, Ajay in Jaipur and the guide in Agra) and driver(Mehandra) very nice and professional. Welcoming atmosphere, everything was perfect. We booked the golden triangle + Rathanbore safari and we enjoyed every single moment. Trips and hotels are beautiful and well organized. High recommended. Thank you for being such helpful and wonderful people. I miss you my lovely India.

It has now been a few weeks since my husband and I returned home to Australia from India. I have to say we were apprehensive when booking our trip but the team at GeTS holidays, especially Jugmohan and Azhar could not have been more helpful. We did the Golden Triangle tour and it was fantastic, our driver Dev looked after us the whole tour and I would say he is possibly the best driver in India. I am usually a nervous passenger but Dev’s driving skills eased my concerns so hats off to him 👍he was helpful and such a gentleman ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Aamir was our tour guide in Delhi and what an amazing young man he is, with so much knowledge of everywhere we went and at times it was mind boggling. We loved the information about the history and buildings of Delhi both past and present with so much to see and take in every minute. Thankyou Aamir you made our time there in Delhi both calm and relaxed in a place that could be overwhelming ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We were then off to Agra and the Taj Mahal and Manish was our guide there and was a specialist in all things Agra, he showed us that as well as the Taj there are also many places to see that are also very beautiful and interesting. Manish was able to guide us through crowds and give us tips that assisted in making the experience a relaxed and comfortable one. Thankyou Manish ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Raj was our tour guide in Jaipur our last golden triangle stop. The pink city didn’t disappoint either, with Raj showing and telling us the history of the city and why it’s pink as well as the Amber fort, the awesome Observatory, the beautiful gates to the old city and so much more Thankyou Raj for showing us so much in such a relaxed and comfortable pace.
We would highly recommend GeTS Holidays, this tour, our guides and our driver, it was because of everyone we have made unforgettable memories of India

I contacted GeTS Holidays after I booked my flights to India. I gave a list of the places I wished to visit and my travel preferences. Nikhil was very prompt to put together an itinerary that met my wishes. Once I arrived, Azhar aligned all my ground arrangements with precision. I hope to return to India to visit the northern portions of the country. When I do so, I will definitely contact GeTS again to make my arrangements.

Let me start by saying that our stay in India was enjoyable. We visited incredible places, experienced the local culture, interacted with residents, and savored daily life, traditions, beliefs, superstitions, and the amazing Indian cuisine. However, all of this positivity came entirely from the efforts of my wife and me—seasoned travelers of decades.
Had we relied solely on GeTS Holiday, we would likely have endured significant stress and frustration. With that in mind, we feel it is important to share some insights about GeTS Holiday that may be useful for other travelers—so they know what they’re really signing up for.

The impression GeTS Holiday gives is that of an amateur operation:
- Slow responses
- Delays in providing travel documents (we had to chase them multiple times)
- Incomplete documentation, including no signed contract to formally bind the parties
- Mistakes during the pre-trip phase, such as miscalculating the second payment

Mr. Azhar shows none of the twenty years of experience claimed by Mr. Santosh (the boss). Instead, he comes across as a complete rookie, incapable of handling even minor changes caused by normal force majeure. He often responds impulsively and without thinking. For example, when I asked, “How many guides will we have?”, he answered “more or less 7 or 8”, an embarrassingly vague reply. How can he not know exactly how many guides he hired? And why were some guide names provided only once the tour had already started? Perhaps he simply forgot to do his job.

Serious planning errors appeared whenever the trip deviated from the standard Rajasthan itinerary, the same itinerary every other agency offers. While standard routes work fine, any customization immediately caused problems. Every request I made in advance became an issue: Fatehpur Sikri, Abhaneri (impossible to visit during transfers), monument visits scheduled on closed days, and hiring the utterly unqualified “guide” from Orchha to Varanasi. He had no tour guide license, no knowledge of his own country, and yet GeTS Holiday presented him as an Italian-speaking guide, something we never requested.

All of this shows incompetence, not the “seasoned professional” Santosh claimed. The agency suffers from this ineptitude, and potential clients should be aware, given the significant money involved in these trips.

This is why I am posting this review: to warn anyone planning a tour in India. If you want a reliable agency, read this review and stay far away from GeTS Holiday.

In short: GeTS Holiday fails badly. My advice is simple—stick to standard itineraries. Attempting any customizations is almost guaranteed to create chaos.

From the minute we started planning our holiday the company were great. Mr Santosh and Mr Azhar were the ones who organised everything. We told them what we wanted to do and they planned an excellent itinerary around that. They communicated quickly when we asked things or wanted to change things. We felt they really listened to us. We were two women and we had a driver and a guide the whole time. We did the Golden Triangle and then flew to Kochi to explore Kerala. We went to Delhi Agra Jaipur Kochi Munnar Thekkady Allepey and Marari beach. From the minute we arrived at Delhi airport we were so well looked after. The roads in India are very different to U.K. roads and you needed to feel in safe hands. We certainly did. Our driver Anil in the north was so calm and patient and drove us round the Golden triangle. He was brilliant. In the south we had an amazing young man called Noufel who also was guided us as well. He was so good driving and filling us in with local knowledge. His patience, as was Anil, knew no bounds especially when we slipped into a shop for a Quick Look only to appear an hour later having tried on everything in the shop! I can’t thank them enough. In the north we had Sunil and Sagar guiding us. Sunils photography and knowledge was great. Sagar was such a good guide and took us to the best restaurants. I can honestly say that the guides and drivers became our good friends throughout the trip and we were sad to leave them.
The hotels the company booked were very good. All different and all fabulous in their own way.
Also a special shout out to Vinit who met us twice at Delhi airport and his friendly respectful manner put us at ease right away.
I have travelled a lot in the world and used many different travel companies. I would honestly say they are the best company I have travelled with
I would certainly recommend them and we are already planning our next trip with them.

I had been looking to travel with Gets for some time and now wonder what took me so long ! It was a wonderful experience from the onset right up until our last day. Santosh and Azhar were so helpful with our initial planning and it was tailored exactly to our requirements. We were greeted by the lovely Vinit at the airport and fortunately saw him on our departure too. We had the most amazing driver Anil ⭐️up in the Golden Triangle and we felt safe in his hands as he was manoeuvring through the crazy traffic. He was always waiting for us. We were provided with professional guides along the way in particular mention to Sagar in Agra. On our arrival in Kerala, we were not disappointed. We met our lovely driver Noufel who cared about our welfare and drove us up into the mountains of Kerala and back. We had a Naturist guide in Munnar called Raja. The hotels were excellent and on our canal Thekkady boat trip we had our own boat . We learned so much about the Indian culture from everyone along the way. Azhar was always around for us 24 hours a day and answered promptly with anything we wished to ask. An excellent travel company . Please don’t hesitate to use them. We are looking to book another trip with them soon. Thanks Gets for making it so special . 🙏

Good, our first time to HYDERABAD, GeTs Holidays made all the Itinerary arrangement, me and my wife really enjoy we even went over to Visakhapatnam and Andara Pradesh, all tour arrangement by GeTS , we really had a good time. We Thank Mr. Azhar and Mr. Nishant for the wonderful arrangement and a memorable one, RAJA /JAYNTHI

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint the severe discrepancies and substandard services experienced during the Holi, Best of Western India Tour with a Touch of South(March 13–29, 2025), organized by GeTS Holidays. The tour, priced at GBP 2,880 per person (excluding flights, lunch, dinner -only 4 dinners was included in my room rate), was marketed as a luxury experience but failed catastrophically to meet promised standards. Below are the key issues: 1. Day 1: Transport to the hotel was via an air-conditioned car(as promised). Later, the guide took us to the Holi festival area due to traffic, they insisted we take a tuk-tuk instead of our paid car (20 minute tuk tuk ride) Guide paid the tuk-tuk fare, leading us to believe transport was fully covered. 2. Day 2 (Holi Celebration) Again, the guide paid for tuk-tuks to and from festival locations. No mention of reimbursement we assumed this was part of the "included transport." After the Holi celebration he ended prematurely at 11:30 AM, the guide refused to escort us to temples The “full-day Holi tour” ended by noon, leaving no afternoon activities. 3.Day 3 (Departure): The guide suddenly demanded ₹3,500 to "repay" the tuk-tuk fees from Days 1–2. When we objected, he said, This is your responsibility. The company only covers cars, not tuk-tuks. The guide intentionally hid costs until the final day, leaving us no choice but to pay. The itinerary never stated that "local transport" **excluded tuk-tuks** for festival access. If tuk-tuks weren’t included, this should have been clarified upfront upon arrival delhi train station, We waited 20 minutes in Delhi hot, humid and chaotic train station for a representative, causing unnecessary stress. Guides consistently prioritized convenience over commitments, demonstrating negligence and lack of accountability. day 4: The promised visit to Juhu Beach was replaced with Girgaon Chowpatty, with the guide falsely claiming Juhu was “near the hotel.” This deprived us of a key Mumbai highlight. In scorching Indian heat, they initially provided only two baby-sized water bottles (200ml each person daily) After arguing, they "generously" agreed to unlimited water—only to reduce it again to ONE bottle upon arrive Goa hotel saying, "We’ll give more tomorrow."Pathetic.Water is cheap—why scam customers over this? during our trip, car service sometimes end after lunch or until 6 PM lattest . Despite paying £2,880/person for car and driver, the driver **abandoned us nightly**, forcing us to pay for taxis to dinners. Extremely Overpriced for Subpar Service For £2880 per person we expected flawless service, but instead faced constant corner-cutting. If you’re charging luxury prices, ACT like a luxury company—not a budget scam. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM—there are far better, ethical tour operators in India.

Excellent experience with Gets Holiday. 18 days in south India perfectly organized. Perfect itinerary, magnificent travel guide, daily care of all our needs. Definitively an agency to suggest!

We booked a day excursion from Tenerife to La Palma. Unfortunately we didn't realise we required passports!
The rep at the ferry, Ilary, was so good, she arranged for our trip to be postponed until the next one a couple days later. She called me to confirm. Most companies would have said tough luck!
We were so impressed!
The excursion itself was amazing with the volcano the highlight. We also were highly impressed with the knowledge of our guide on the bus. Her name might be Rosa but not too sure.

My friend and I had the privilege of working with Deepak at Gets Holidays to design a unique private tour that included the Goldent Triangle , Varanasi, Ranthambhore, Lucknow and Jodphur.

The planning for our India visit was so nicely done that we asked to add Bhutan to our tour.

The trips to both India and Bhutan could not have been better. They far exceeded all expectations. Every detail was perfect. We enjoyed door to door service for every activity and stop, and had outstanding local guides for each unique location. I really can’t emphasize enough the quality of care we had during this trip.

The talent of our local guides should really be highlighted. Each represented their world to us with passion, knowledge, experience and enthusiasm. We were treated as family and it made it easy and fun to enjoy what we were learning while generating in us an eagerness to learn even more about what we were experiencing.

Thanks to everyone at Gets Holidays for these outstanding experiences. I travel a lot and I can honestly say that these were the best tours I have ever had.

I booked from New Zealand a 19 day Rajasthan trip and then a 16 day South India tour. I didnt know what to expect as I had only emailed back n forth. What i did get upon arriving in Delhi was amazing first service from pick up to the day we departed Azhar and ashish took excellent care of everything, every step of the tour they made sure we were having an amazing time and were always quick in answering any quires we had. Our driver Rajesakumar was a very professional, safe and friendly driver he took excellent care of us, I would recommend everyone to have him as your driver. We formed an amazing friendship with him and we thank you for making our trip so memorable. I highly recommend using GeTs Holidays, they are very trustworthy, honest and very helpful. GeTs holidays know what's best when it comes to tours so don't hesitate email or phone them.

We had a great tour of India. GetsHoliday met us at the airport, we had a private car and tour guide throughout our trip. We stayed in wonderful hotels, however different, and enjoyed our trip immensely. I previously wrote a bad review because they would not refund any of our money when Covid 19 hit and we had to leave unexpectedly. However, they were very cooperative in working with us and our insurance. I highly recommend this company after the virus is completely over.
