Great service ..Our trip was Amazing...Would recommend them highly.

Our tour was cancelled by Gets Holidays 6 days before it was due to start due to the COVID crisis. They have refused any refund of our money and insisting on a partial voucher only. Their correspondence has been awful. I realise the cancellation is not their fault but a voucher is useless at this stage and the way they have acted and communicated means that there is no way we would consider going on a tour with them in the future and paying the remaining 50%. Do not use this company. They are only interested in money and not their customers.

We had an excellent tour with Gets who organised our Varanasi to Khajuraho Bespoke Tour.
The Staff were always helpful with a very quick response.
The Classical Music Tour was not as expected but the guide Ranjit was excellent and he tried to make the best of it.
All the guides were very knowledgeable.
Khajuraho was amazing with the temples and especially the Dance Festival. Ganga was a very safe driver and the car was very comfortable.

We had amazing times in India with Gets Holidays. All tours in Delhi, Agra and Jaipur were excellent. All guides are gentle and ready to help us, including take picture of us. The driver Mr Ajit Kumar was a brillant guy! I recommend this company!

Representative meet us at airport... professional and courteous. I have never used this company before and was nervous (you never know who's legit and who isn't these days) they called several times during our trip to make sure everything was okay and to see if we needed anything. Driver and tour guides were knowledgeable, friendly and respectful. Great trip. HIGHLY recommend using this company.

While the tour and guide were just fine, I had a great deal of difficulty with the financial aspect of the trip. They would promise me one thing and then want extra money later. Then they told me to bring cash to pay for the tour, but refused to accept it because they said the money was too old. All bills were clean but didn't pass their brand-new bill requirement which they did not inform me of until I arrived. Then they wanted to charge me extra for accepting the "old" money. When I checked with two Banks later, they said there was no problem accepting American money as long as they were clean bills. It felt like every time I turned around Gets was trying to extract more money from me than originally agreed. This cast a very negative shadow on the rest of the trip.

I would not travel with them again.

From my first contact with GeTs Holidays, the Senior Sales Executive Mr. Ashutosh was fast to response to my enquiry and provided me with good options for my customized Mumbai Tour. The Guest Relations staff Ms. Ritu was in constant contact throughout our tour to make sure we were comfortable.
The only setback was the frequent change of drivers and the 2 bottles of drinking water per pax had to be reminded daily.
Overall, GeTs Holidays is recommended.

We..a group of 8 ladies from Ireland,Australia,London celebrating our 60 th birthdays.. have just returned from Kerala after what was truly the trip of a lifetime.From my very first contact with Sandeep of GeTs holidays the service we received was exceptional. At times I felt this surely is too good to be true..something will go wrong but ,no,there were never any problems or any requests that couldn't be met.All the people from the company that we dealt with were friendly & professional & just seemed happy to assist.Our accommodation was very comfortable,food fabulous & activities very interesting.Our driver Hakkim what can I say..he was just incredibly knowledgeable,obliging & a really good,safe driver. Also I felt our trip was great value for money.I would not hesitate in recommending GeTs to anyone travelling to India.

Me and my friend thoroughly enjoyed the tour. From beginning to end we were well looked after. A representative from GeTS tours would meet us to make sure everything ran smoothly and we had a good tour guide at every destination. The driver was lovely, patient, courteous and such a good driver on India’s roads.
You did need some stamina with all the travelling because we packed a lot in a short space of time. There is such a lot to see I will definitely need to come back to India.
The only thing I wasn’t keen on is being taken to carpet shop where you felt they were trying to do a hard sell on some of the products. The hotels were all of a high standard except one that wasn’t quite 4 stars but it had other qualities that made up for it. The staff in the hotels could’t do enough for you and we were made to feel very welcome. You do also need plenty of small denomination notes in rupees because you are expected to tip everyone which is helpful to know. Just also be aware it can take along time to go through immigration. I felt sorry for the driver who had to wait for us.
I would definitely use GeTS tours again when I decide to do a long haul holiday. They were easy to contact and emailed me promptly when I had any queries that needed answering.

GeTS Holidays team made our India Journey a memorable experience in so many levels: from the attention to detail, to exceeding expectations doing more than required and to making sure that everyone in our group was getting the most of each experience. We've traveled with them for 10 days and will definitely do it again.

I only booked the 12S Cab from Gets Holidays but how they coordinate in all the aspect of the journey is really outstanding. Aniket's effort in escorting our team, Ritu's effort in constant touch and Deepanshu's effort for the entire itinerary preparation phase is outstanding.

I'm looking forward to have GeTS Holidays in my upcoming trip as well which is mostly Kashmir or Rajasthan visit.

Il a tant de chose à dire positive sur le professionnalisme de GetsHolliday India, qu'il est difficile de savoir par ou commencer. Que ce soit l'accueil, les chauffeurs, les managers (mention spéciale pour Mr Azhar), les hotels...
Je pense que ce qui m'a le plus enchanté, est que l'agence m'envoyait plusieurs messages par jour pour savoir si tout se passait bien.
J'avais un sentiment de sécurité absolue, quoi qu'il arrive.
Grace à cette équipe, nous avons fait un pèlerinage parfait et idéal pèlerinage.
Le Maître Tibétain Khandro Rimpoché, a elle même été impressionnée par la qualité de service offert par GetsHolliday....

I then turned to GetsHoliday India.
First good impression, after sending an email, I got an immediate answer in French.
Then I explained the purpose of this trip for 4 people, oriented towards the life of the Buddha.
So I gave all the steps we wanted to do, and what we wanted to visit.

Our 14 member Group Tour to North India from 17 to 27th December 2019 arranged by GetsHolidays was excellent. It was well organised. We were received well and taken care of very well. All the arrangements by GetsHolidays were excellent and we were very happy with their services. The drivers were very cooperative and helpful. Some Guides were well versed and excellent. We had an excellent and memorable Christmas vacation in Nepal. It was well organized and the tour was good with well versed guides. The driver and vehicle was excellent too.The agent/representative from Gets were very patient in advising us about our trip which addressed our interest/concerns. Their advise were very helpful and it did guide us along our trip. My family enjoyed Nepal and we had a great time! We have travelled with GeTS for 3 trips and would definitely travel with them again!
