Waste of money spent over 100 on a load of useless rubbish! Tooth head part broke after a week and the tool for plaque removal does nothing but vibrate on your teeth!. Also rust on the main compartment. None of the products do anything as advertised and I've used them for 3 months if I could have my money back I would cheaper to see a dentist, keep your money the people in there adverts have clearly gone to Turkey, wasn't expecting a miracle but at least some sort of improvement. Company is a complete CON! See if they reply with a refund I Highley doubt it!

I have had this toothbrush for only a few months but it is already showing signs of malfunction, it turns itself off after a few seconds so I have to keep pushing the button which is overly sensitive. The charge on it has deteriorated substantially and now only lasts a few goes. The metal heads on it have made no difference to my teeth infact they feel more sensitive as they are quite abrasive. I tried to purchase some new toothbrush heads for it too which I was charged for only to be told a couple of weeks later that they don’t have them in stock so I'm now left with a cheap faulty toothbrush and no way of replacing the toothbrush heads for it. I have requested a refund for the toothbrush on several occasions but I have not received any response. I will continue to contact them for a refund but their customer service is terrible. Do not buy this product!

What can I say about this company they make the worst electric tooth brush in the world they have very bad customer service I returned the product back I didn’t get refund please be aware of this company avoid this company absolutely rubbish product! I’m very disappointed I tried to sort it out with them but they didn’t want to sort it out so I had to write this review so that people know what this company is like!

It is brilliant, and I have been using it. I am seeing a difference in getting a great result.

Great device for removing staining from
your teeth and helping to floss but I don’t find it very powerful to brush my teeth with. My staining has reduced a lot and they look whiter but as others have said it won’t be as white as professional whitening (with whitening powder). Was hoping to replace my electric oral b toothbrush with this completely but alas not!

A load of rubbish. Would not recommend. You're better off seeing the hygienist.

Do not buy this product. Item was damaged when opened then when contact was made regarding this I was practically accused of lying. Terrible customer service and the product is harsh on delicate sensitive teeth. Convlcered longer term use would cause hairline cracks.

Use not encouraged by my dentist

I bought their teeth cleaning kit and after only two uses l, I can honestly say it's being fab. I don't know where the negative feedback is coming from at all. Was quick delivery and I'm happy overall. Thank you ❤️

Great product and it works. I'm very pleased. After the reading the reviews, I had no doubts about purchasing the Ultrasonic tooth cleaner. So far I haven't used it daily (need to) but it's worked more effectively after selecting 'cleaner'. 🙏 Hopefully I'll stick to this mode until I switch to using the item once a week.

It does what it says, dentist clean at home. I bought it online on the 27th Dec and got it the next day. You can feel the difference from first use. That deep clean.

Worst battery on a toothbrush ever, bought my toothbrush couple months ago and the battery went after 6 weeks of using it. Kept turning on at random times throughout the day. The toothbrush just rumbles Isn't any more effective than one without a battery. Don't waste your money.

Love the toothbrush and the products, but especially the customer service! My toothbrush stopped working and was just outside the 1 year warranty, however they sent me a brand new one anyway no problem, really pleased!

I’ve been using the product for a year and noticed there’s an improvement of my teeth gradually. This is my first electric toothbrush and I am happy with it. Unfortunately the battery has died and I can’t replace it. I contacted the customer service and they are very helpful.

MAIN DESIGN ISSUE: THE SENSOR
The sensor is in the wrong place and too sensitive making it impossible to hold the brush without accidentally and repeatedly turning it on/off or switching mode during use. It also gets triggered by a bit of water or toothpaste foam.
This made me immediately regret ordering the brush but I ended up not returning it as I hate the idea of the wastage created by these return items ending in the dump.

STAINS IMPROVEMENT: LITTLE TO NONE.
I used the cleaning/ scaling tools 3 times and it made no visible difference to the stains on my teeth. I'm not sure if it improved my gums' health anyhow.
The whitening powder is as effective as a supermarket-bought whitening toothpaste you can get for less than £5.

BATTERY ALMOST DEAD AFTER 4 MONTHS
What eventually made me decide to ask for a refund is the battery life.
I bought this in August and after 1 month I noticed the battery was only lasting 3 days.
By October I was using it sporadically and often just as a manual brush because it would too often be out of charge.
By December a full charge was only lasting for 1 USE!

My conclusion is that overall the item is not only bad quality but it is not fit for purpose and I will now ask for a refund.

I also suspect that, as part of the initial marketing launch, the trustpilot reviews had been somehow manipulated.
When I ordered it last summer the reviews were all describing an amazing, exceptional product.
Now that real costumers are writing, the faults are reflected in many reviews.

I will update on how the refund request goes.

I started using this range of products back in 2018 since then my teeth have went from standard British yellow to Hollywood white. In the same time period I have recommended these to several family n friends and all over the products. simple website, fast delivery, no BS customer services. Good products sold right. If every business was like this the world would be a far better place.

After an email I ordered and remembered how amazing the product was after using it, and a free tooth brush made my day 😁

Issues with delivery then getting a response, posted a review on trustpilot, dealt with immediately. Thank you.

Update : I've got my money back from Klarna a month later. They kept ignoring my emails.
Now they're trying to delete my review based on they don't know who I am. Absolute joke !

Atrocious customer service!
Lost item and refusing to accept responsibility and still witholding my money a month later.
Having to chase emails up and taking a week at a time for them to answer.
Stay away from this Mickey mouse company!

Delivery was a quick process and I love the functions on the device. It brushes my teeth really well. What I don’t like is that the power button is super sensitive and temperamental! It even seems to respond to water as I like to brush while having a shower and will turn off mid brushing!

The on/off button is far too sensitive. As others have said, it turns off with the lightest touch or if it gets a drop of water on it. Very frustrating and impossible to use properly.
