This company is awful

This company is awful. First the drawings they sent were so bad and looked nothing like the picture I sent. I ordered in late September for a present on October 1st. It’s now October 30th and I’ve been going back and forth telling them what’s not right with drawing. It’s so bad that I now have to give them another photo because they can’t draw the original one I sent. They won’t offer any refund. Awful product, awful and slow experience, terrible customer service.

Do not order from this company!

Do not order from this company!! Proofs sent out one was great other was awful. Requested for a revision which took about three emails and a Facebook message to get a response for that alone. Finally happy with the products and gave it the go ahead to be sent out. 10+ weeks later still no product. 17 emails later still no product. $300 AUD spent on the prints, frame and “get it sooner” still no product. My last email was demanding a refund and I received an insulting reply offering me a $15 refund. They have no idea where my order is and take no responsibility for their poor excuse of a company. DO NOT DO IT! They have now taken down my review from their social media account and hidden any comments where I have shared my experience with potential customers asking for advise.

Slow and the quality was shockingly…

Slow and the quality was shockingly bad. Paid for two pictures, we got the proofs and they were awful. One looked like an adult male head on a babies body and one looked liked an albino version of our older child with different colour hair! We complained, they had another go and the daughter looked more like a baby by colour, features, hair and nose were still off. Genuinely terrible artists. They refuse to refund and offer unlimited revisions - this is going to take forever if they keep using the same people. May as well have done it myself (I'm half decent on procreate and that's clearly all they are using as an overlay). Do not waste your money, way too much of a gamble.

I am so disappointed to be writing…

I am so disappointed to be writing this, but I've just had TWO terrible experiences with this company. I placed 2 orders (as gifts) at the same time, and they are so amateur and disorganized, they could not keep the orders straight! There was an incredible amount of confusion about which order went with which picture, which recipient address, etc. THEN, they sent out the first order without incorporating my notes (you are alloted 1 round of notes because clearly they pay no attention to detail and the photos come out WRONG). They were actually kind after this mistake, and said they would refund me AND send my recipient a replacement. Which I did not ask for, and I thought was decent customer service. However, many weeks later, the recipient has not received a replacement. I have followed up on this a few times, and it's been radio silence. The next order really put the nail in the coffin for me. I received a notice that the order was delivered, but the tracking number said the package that was delivered was 34 lbs. A picture in a frame could not possibly be 34 lbs, so I immediately knew something was wrong (long story short, the recipient never received the package). When I FINALLY got a hold of Smirky, they said there was nothing they could do, I would have to send a replacement. I asked for them to send the product again, and asked for a refund. Their email back said they refunded the order AND cancelled sending another one. I never asked for a cancellation. Since the first order I received a refund AND a replacement due to their mistakes, I figured this mistake would be handled the same. Smirky's response was that they are very busy with a lot of orders. I have let Smirky know of my incredible disappointment in my experience, how their mistakes affected 2 very important 1 year old birthday gifts, and I have given them the opportunity to make this right. Again, radio silence. I'm sharing this so that other hard working people who are thoughtful and want to send something personalized-- GO ELSEWHERE. This company is in way over their heads, and the customers are their last priority. They need to spend less money on Instagram advertising, and more on the internal systems of their company.
