THIS IS A SCAM - DO NOT BOOK. Daughter booked a theory test through them for 6pm today. Only for them to say it’s not booked. When she showed them this they told her it was a scam!

SCAM! Do not use this company! Absolutely awful. My daughter used these by accident. They could not book the date a time that was available when she booked and changed the date. Tried to get a refund but they refused.
She went through and unfortunately was a few marks off a pass on the Hazard Perception. She has contacted them to book a free retest that was offered. They are now stating that she did not use their mock tests before the actual tests. The website only states that she needs to pass 3 mock tests, nothing about using their system! Now they are trying to charge for the retest.
Absolute joke of a company and complete scammers!

Nothing but a scam, these people have nothing better to do than scam people. Disgusting putting people through stress trying to get money back that they have took of someone trying to do something for themselves!!

I booked my son's motobike theory test through Getapass. Now I didn't realise it wasn't the official gov website but I was in a rush so booked it with the option for resits. WELL MY SON TURNED UP THE TEST CENTRE TO FIND THEY HAD BOOKED HIM A CAR TEST NOT BIKE TEST. So he wasn't even able to sit it for double the price. I raised a ticket which is 15 days ago now and no response except they were going to refer it to a manager. Not a peep out of them and no way of making direct contact. I will be seeking to report them to trading standards and refer them to any ombudsman I can find. Absolutely shocking tbh.

Disgusting company I thought I was booking directly on my theory test. Didn’t even give me the date I actually booked.
Click bait company. Reported to my bank as fraudulent transaction.

Absolutely scam , do not use , tried to rebook my theory test after trying to change the date they told me it count be changed as it was in a 4 day working window but told me to email them if I coudnt make the test and they will do me a resit , I emailed daily every day to get a resit and no one has come back to me after sending numerous of emails do not use absolute waste of money you will be scammed !!

Free resit after completing mocks but people can’t complete the mocks, you go to customer services with a problem but they don’t acknowledge you

Sign up to this if you want to chuck £40 quid down the drain and not get get anything out of it otherwise leave this site alone and go proper

My son paid 49 00 for this, we got out money back by dispute

Scam! First of all they charge more but you get free resit if you fail, however to qualify for this you need to pass 3 mock exams in a row. After completing 2 in a row it will not activate on the 3rd try and will crash leaving a fail exam and they will not remove that. I have got 2 passes in a row now 4 times and the 3rd fails to load each time. You will never get your free resit if you fail

Absolute SCAM do not purchase any services from this website (Getapass.uk). They charge you an additional £24.94, which is not visible. They also change the date of your booking without consent.

get A pass is a big scam, they charge you double of price of the test , they refuse to refund and they don’t give any service, avoid at all cost

It ls definitely a scam , It costs more than double the theory test and if you cancel, you cannot rebook and they only give a partial refund of £23 . This time though the joke is on them as I've noticed they accidentally refunded me twice, Idiots !!

Recently purchased a theory test through the site. I got confirmation and was booked in for the wrong test centre, wrong date, wrong month and wrong time! I contacted them explaining this and wanting a refund, they replied back saying they have no booking under my email, although you have to log into the website with your email to contact them! This makes no sense! They’ve taken £48 pounds from my account, which is double the amount of the standard cost of £23 for your driving theory test! This is absolutely DISGUSTING!! I am only 17 years old and this website is taking advantage of vulnerable teenagers learning to drive! Don’t make the same mistake as me! AVOID

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. It’s an actual SCAM! They charge you for a service and even if you don’t use their app or cancel as soon as you have booked they will refuse to refund.

I asked for a refund as soon as I had booked because I realised that it wasn’t the official website and they refuse to refund me. I URGE YOU NOT TO USE THIS PLACE. Go for another company that won’t scam you out of all your money and blame “policy” which means NOTHING. They are thieves in plain sight.

Please do not book through this website. It is a scam. I unfortunately booked through them and when I cancelled it as their price was way too high than DVSA, they did not refund my money and had to go through my bank to raise a dispute. Their website only responded to me after my bank intervened, they are still insisting i go through their website but i just went around in circles trying to cancel and refund my money. Just avoid the headache and book through DVLA.

Absolute hot garbage. I booked for a Theory test for this month via them. They took over a week to sort out my licence taking days and days in between replies. Booked me a test at the end of June. DO NOT USE. Do it yourself. Im glad the law is changing to make these companies defunked

Really disappointed with my experience. The whole reason I chose this company was for the unlimited resits, as that was the main selling point for me.

I completed multiple mock tests on the app and genuinely thought I’d met all the requirements before booking my test. It was never made clear that I needed to pass three mock tests in a row to activate the unlimited resits.

If this had been properly explained upfront, I would have made sure to do that before taking my test. Instead, I’m now being told I have to pay to rebook, which feels really unfair and misleading.

Overall, the lack of clear communication has been really frustrating and has completely defeated the reason I booked with them in the first place. I wouldn’t recommend unless they make their terms much clearer.
