Exceptional customer service from GetTested.

Would highly recommend GetTested.
There was a problem with my hormone test not reaching the lab and they sorted it out within a couple of days sending me a replacement test kit!
The customer service is excellent.

I wanted to ask a question as a returning customer about another product. My previous test didn't work, but the customer support service was great and I didn't have to argue for a refund, so far!

I have a strong feeling that I have…

I have a strong feeling that I have Lyme disease and the nhs tell me it's too expensive for a test but company like yourself make it feasible and to get a positive test results prove what I've been saying for years, now to try and get treatment that's going to be the next problem

Test, what test.

My test went missing even though it was tracked and receipt was acknowledged. There doesn't seem to be a process to keep track of received tests and certainly no process of advising waiting customers. Customer services only offered to send out a replacement test. I was also advised that a refund would be given via Klarna even though I did not pay via that service. Very poor service.

Thank you for your feedback. Just to clarify – all tests that reach us are scanned on arrival, and you get a notification by SMS/email as well as an update in your online portal when we receive it. If this didn’t happen, we’d be happy to double-check for you.

As for the refund, we use Klarna as our payment provider for most methods (card, Swish, bank transfer, etc.), not only invoice. That’s why your order most likely went through Klarna. In any case, once a refund is processed it always goes back to the same method you used.

I hope everything is sorted now 🙏 If you don’t see the refund within 5 business days, please let us know and we’ll make sure to help.

The courier company used was not up to…

The courier company used was not up to standard. Non-delivery was blamed on incorrect address which is a flawed explanation as otherwise always successful. Furthermore instead of reaching out to me for a re-delivery it automatically defaulted to returning the product to the supplier. Discussions on changing delivery protocols or the courier themselves needed by GetTested

Avoid this company!

Bought rapid STD testing...what they don't tell you is you can get a 'borderline' result. This is when a faint line appears and the back of the box says borderline...borderline faint line looks very like a positive faint line going by the chart.

All this does is cause loads of stress. Had to get swab test done properly and results were negative. Anyone buying a rapid test wants a clear answer and this doesn't give you that. Total waste of money, if I'd known 'borderline' was possible I'd never have bought it. This could really badly impact someone's mental health, especially if you have any kind of health anxiety. Avoid!!

HSV 1 / 2 tests don't work

As someone else mentioned re the Herpes 1/2 test is not accurate. Took six months after last partner told me tested positive. Showed negative. Then had outbreak clearly HSV2. Took another test from get tested. Also showed negative - so clearly the test doesn't work.

Edit: as gettested have now given same stock response as gave to others. Yes, went to doctors and they confirmed HSV2. Which means that both tests from get tested gave false negatives.
This means that causing many issues with people thinking negative and spreading the STI because of a faulty test.

Incredibly slow service for all tests

Incredibly slow service for all tests. Wait weeks for results that take about 5 minutes to process in a lab. The excuse back is that their tests are in line with industry standards. Well no, they aren't. I worked in a lab for years and these are processed incredibly slowly. Worse is when the sample is flawed in some way. They make you wait all those weeks to find out. Likely the result if poor storage on their part. Just don't bother with these guys

On our website we state that the processing time for most lab tests is 10–15 business days. This is the service purchased and is in line with standard processing times within healthcare, since we use ISO-certified laboratories that follow the same quality standards as hospital labs. We always process samples in order of arrival to ensure fairness for all customers.

In some cases, a sample can unfortunately be flawed – for example if there is too little material, or if the sample is hemolytic. This is why we always recommend following the instructions carefully. To make this easier, we provide written instructions, video guides online, and also offer support via chat and email if needed.

Your comment about poor storage is not correct, and we would like to clarify this. Samples are stored refrigerated as soon as they reach our logistics center and remain under controlled conditions until analysis at the laboratory. Many of our test tubes also contain stabilizing agents and anticoagulants (such as EDTA or preservatives), which ensure that the samples remain viable during the required transport and storage time.

If a sample does turn out to be hemolytic or insufficient, we always offer either a free retest or a full refund – provided the instructions were followed.

We are sorry if the waiting time felt longer than expected and we hope this explanation gives a clearer picture of our process. If you have further concerns about your test specifically or feel unsatisfied, please don’t hesitate to contact us directly so we can assist you with a full refund or a new test if you haven't received that already🙏.

Do not buy from this company

Bought an STI test for “instant” results. Gave me 2 x false positive and caused extreme stress and anxiety. I ended up spending £300 at a trustworthy 24 hour lab and at least for peace of mind. Was negative across the board. Thank goodness I did. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY. POOR QUALITY PRODUCTS WHICH COST YOU MENTAL AND MONETARY STRESS.

With rapid screening tests, the result can sometimes show a very faint line. This does not mean positive – but rather a cut-off value, meaning that the test should be repeated for confirmation. A faint line or borderline result can therefore look reactive, even though it is not a true positive.

It also depends on which exact rapid test you used, as different test have different ways of showing results, different sensitivity and interpretation guidelines. This is one of the reasons why we always recommend confirming any reactive or unclear result with us.

The easiest way for us to help you further is if you contact us directly and send us photos of your test cassettes so that our team can review them 🔬. If the test appears to have given an incorrect result, we of course want to investigate it closely.

You can also updaye your review with your ordernumber and we can contact you via the email linked to your order.

Please also note that these are screening tests – they are not intended to provide a final medical diagnosis. Factors such as cross-reactions with other proteins, recent vaccinations, or certain medical conditions can occasionally cause false positives.

Simple to do test and arrived very quickly!

Ordered a HPV home testing kit it arrived quickly and was easy and painless to do. I had a instant result kit and I did get abit concerned that I had a positive test because I saw a very very faint second line the first one was very strong so I got in touch with someone on the chat page and they assured me I had a negative test and the second line had to be very clear and dark like the first one to have a positive result. They put my mind at ease and the next morning the faint line has completely gone anyway. I will use this company again and I do recommend them.

Get tested At Doctors PSA Test

Paper work doe not explain how to carry out test you have to decipher from drawings on box , two Lancets were provided but I was unable to get enough blood so i ended up having to stab myself with a pin but then i could not get enough blood into the pipette as id tried so many times it would no longer worked so put as much blood in tester as i could , needless to say i got no result at all
