Beyond disgusting.

Beyond disgusting.

I was told my sample was received. Only it wasn’t really - after another 3 weeks of waiting they confirm to me I will receive results that week.

Only the next day they email and admit they lost it !!!! They weren’t going to tell me - I could have taken another test in this time and not wasted so much time but they couldn’t even be bothered to tell me what they had done.

I suspect they did it on purpose to punish me because I left a review commenting on how long they take.

Now I will have to go through this all again with another company - that’s nearly a month they have cost me when I could have been on the wrong treatment for all they care.

However, we want to be absolutely clear that we would never intentionally delay, withhold, or lose a test to punish anyone for leaving a review. There’s no reason – moral or practical – why we would ever do something like that. Not only would it go against our values as a company, but there is also no benefit to anyone in doing so. Any lost test means additional cost, either through sending a replacement or issuing a full refund – which you are always entitled to if your test result isn’t delivered. 💙

Any lost test does come with a cost on our side – for the kit, shipping, and handling – but at the end of the day, what matters most is that you feel supported and satisfied. That’s why we’re always happy to offer a full refund or a replacement kit, regardless of the expense.

Our expected processing and delivery times are clearly stated on our website, but we understand that any delay beyond this can be very frustrating. Unfortunately, on rare occasions, samples can be lost in the post, which is outside our control. If you have a tracking ID, we’re more than happy to investigate further with the courier (e.g. UPS) to see what may have happened.

If you are awaiting treatment or have health concerns, please make sure to consult with your doctor or healthcare provider directly, as we cannot advise on or delay medical treatment.

We’re truly sorry again for the inconvenience caused and are here to help if there’s anything we can still do to make this right. 💙

melotonin test , in the morning or evening! …



ordered and received the melotonin test,it said for best results to test first thing in the morning,then on tue received test results, it said best test in the evening 🤷.
as many have said on here , i had no reply from their customer services.

I have used Get Tested a few times…

I have used Get Tested a few times before and everything went very smoothly however, this time I had a lot of problems accessing my account due to a technical problem my end. Helmant was extremely helpful and went through different processes so that I could finally see my results.

Waste of time

I have never received what I ordered (even after +20 days).

Also, it took me a long time to get to speak to someone on the chat to update me.

I said I would tolerate waiting 3 more business days to receive the test if they offered some kind of compensation (e.g. 50% off) but I was given 2 options:

- Either they would cancel the order and refund me
- Or they would send another test

In resume: they only served for 1 purpose: wasting my time.

There is something very strange going…

There is something very strange going on with this company, GetTested.co.uk
In May 2025 I ordered a melatonin test kit which I completed and returned to a London address. Since then, after numerous attempts to contact the company, I am now minus £80.
I should have realised from the start that an online trader who fails provide a business adddress cannot be trusted. I hopes this helps any potential buyer.

Do you have tracking for this that you could share with us so that we can check on it? If you’re referring to having sent your completed test kit back for analysis, there should be a tracking number on the return postage – if you noted it, we can trace where it ended up.

Sent numerous emails messages and no…

Sent numerous emails messages and no reply after 5 weeks of waiting for sibo test results.
Gastro consultant waiting to start medication but this wait is ridiculous.
Something isn’t right as other people are saying the same .
I’ve contacted my bank to let them know the situation.
Do not order from this company shocking customer service, I don’t even think they have one otherwise they would of answered a question on my login page regarding holes in the bag i was supposed to be collecting breath into, absolutely no Come back.
Please don’t cut and paste the same message as everyone is getting about your systems not working I now don’t believe you .

So the test results have been way over the time you have just suggested so I don’t want the results now as I don’t trust you as a company .
I would like a full refund as you have not provided what you stated on your website so that along with the ignored messages is very misleading to people as you seem like you are just taking the money and not providing the service.

I have now waited 6 weeks not 14 days as you say .

Contacting GetTested was difficult but resolved by customer service.

I had difficulty in contacting anyone to help as their website 'contact me' wasn't functioning correctly.
Through Trustpilot I had Karla from GetTested help me and she was very helpful and offered me a full refund for now which put my mind at rest after my sample didnt arrive, not GetTested fault. I will purchase the now discounted test offered to me in compensation in the future when I am ready to try again. Many thanks for resolving this for me Karla.

Our daughter has been struggling with an upset stomach and we now know, what we can do to help her.
