Money has been deducted from my account over a week ago now and yet no notification that meds have been dispensed. Emailed three times this week already with no response. Run out of medication 2nd consecutive month, when told it needs to be administered same time weekly.

I’ve been using them on and off for over a year, it’s convenient for sporadic use for someone with perimenopause. The doctors seem legit when you speak to them. HOWEVER, after this they constantly send the wrong prescription and auto charge you without permission even when they assure you in writing that they will stop, and are incredibly bad at responding to messages. I’ve been asked to return the wrong items back to a residential house instead of the pharmacy. No phone number available for contacting. I’ve had to resort to claiming refunds via my credit card. I originally thought they were legit but I’ve come to the conclusion they’re dodgy AF
