My travelling experience was so traumatic until I was connected to Get Trip. And I was fortunate to speak with John. He was so efficient, patient and gentle all throughout our conversation, he was willing and ready to assist me. Even when I was worried that I and my son were going to miss our flight, due to negligent of another travelling agent, but he kept assuring me that he will fix the mistake, which he did.
