Ms. XXXX XXXX intends to travel to XXXX, TXXX from XXX, XX via Thai Airways on XX of XXX 2023 with her cat. The customer was informed as per Thai Airways policy that she can only book the ticket for her pet for the first leg i.e., XXX to XXX, as there is no arrangement for the pet in the second leg i.e., XXX to XXX. However, the customer can travel with her cat to XXX after paying the pet carrying charges at the XXX, XXX Airport. You can also find these comments on the e-signed invoice. I hope that we have answered your queries and if you need any further explanation from our end, please feel free to ask.

I am not happy to continue with this façade. I have played with the idea to assist you in order to publicly sort this out and possibly tempt me to raise your stars as a gesture of fairness to this company that goes over and beyond to offer a good service.
GDPR
I am truly horrified that a UK company is either unaware or failing to follow GDPR regulations or is Glaxy Travel acting with Malice with this act of publishing customer full name and flight details along with date and time and full itinery of customer movements online for the world to see.
You have violated me and it is not reasonable to believe this is done in ignorance nor can ignorance be used in defence when it comes to GDPR.
I advise that your posted response that violates data protection be deleted immediately and I will be in contact with Glaxy Travel on Monday in respect to what has happened here along with raising this with Trust Pilot in case you fail to take immediate action on removing personal information off this site. I put on record that at no point was consent given for putting personal details online. Could you please justify what has happened here.
In respect to your 2nd response:
You refer to the email confirmation of booking.
My complaint is not about what the “e-signed” email says, which you have mentioned has comments about my pet cat. Your misunderstanding of my complaint and your comment leads me to the necessity to explain this case further.
1) On June 28th, I made a phone booking with your team member, I arranged a booking for a plane ticket with my pet to also fly with me in cabin. This was the instruction given and your team member confirmed that was what I was buying.
2) It is after the sale that customers receive email regarding the bought ticket(s). It is at this point that the customer sees the ticket and it is at this moment that I could see the ticket was not what I had instructed your team member to get me. This means that I was sold a wrong product.
The complaint is covered above clearly. And this could have been resolved at that moment.
Now I proceed to the suspicious and questionable details of this booking:
3) I was charged by your team member £225 for my pet cat to travel from here to Thailand and another £225 for my pet to travel on the following transit flight to the end destination = £450 which I paid along with my ticket.
There is no mention of this price breakdown on the “e-signed” email and my ticket only covers myself and not my cat?
What was the point of me booking with your agency if I only want a ticket for myself to fly to Thailand? I can do that on any online website for £100s cheaper than what I paid your agency.
4) In your response you said and I quote
“The customer was informed as per Thai Airways policy that she can only book the ticket for her pet for the first leg”
FALSE: I have made contact with Thai Airways and they informed me that they do not allow pets in cabin. Therefore, whatever your agent informed me is false which means he was not selling me what he was claiming he was selling me. I don’t know how else to put it. I was misled!
With further research I discovered 2 examples online stating that Thai Airways DO NOT allow pets in cabin:

5) In your response you said and I quote:
“However, the customer can travel with her cat to Krabi after paying the pet carrying charges at the Bangkok, Thailand Airport. You can also find these comments on the e-signed invoice.”
FACT:
There is no Asian airline at present allowing pets either in cabin or in cargo or as checked baggage. Not one! This means your response is not true.
For the flight I booked with you, the transit airline is Thai Smile Airlines. This airline does not allow pets on their aircrafts.
Challenge: Could you please name 1 Airline Bangkok-Krabi that will carry pet on board?
I have more to say but I will hold it for now.
Mini is very polite and useful. Sort it all the issues.
