Bought 3 pair in a promoting advert, the company is blind to my request for a refund, I failing sight with age,and was coned by the blinding advertising, promoting these glasses, trading standards would have a good time,closing this company down,and helping others from waisting there money on these absolutely rubbish glasses,

It is a good example of bad company.Even they don't respect their own return policy.They are legitimate thieves.

I can't even see out of the glasses and I dont see a refund policy. I wasted over $100--that's my personal experience with my impulsive purchase.

Very flimsy, barely do anything and are expensive for what they are and the telephone call back number is DEAD so I assume its phoney.
To rob an 80 year old virtually blind lady of £68.93 is despicable at the least!

Defocus glasses are cheaply made in China and not worth the money. All plastic and breaks ez....I don't recommend this product

The point of having your eyes tested isn’t just about ripping you off with an expensive pair of glasses! It’s about monitoring the condition of your eyes, checking and providing early warning of the changing conditions of the interior of the eye…so that if necessary they can be treated in time to avoid blindness etc. That’s far more important than getting a cheap pair of glasses!

Bought 2 pair for Christmas gifts. Advertised on Facebook. Absolute junk. I do not wear prescription glasses therefore my expectations were reasonable. The lenses are ultra cheesy plastic.

PLEASE AVOID BUYING THE PRODUCT. It is the biggest load of rubbish. Made of cheap plastic. The plastic adjustment rollers make no difference at all. Before claiming the refund (which I am still waiting for) I had to photograph every item in the parcel. I then had to pay £8 to return it and have the parcel tracked which will not be refunded.. nor do I understand how the company has a four and a half star rating on Trust pilot when negative reviews posted are 58% of all reviews

Glasses came and proved useless from the outset. Couldn’t get them to focus as the small adjusting screws did not work properly. I immediately cancelled the order but that too was a joke. Had to send a photo of the glasses (why). I then had to post them at my own expense to GERMANY (Cost to me £9.00). After several emails I got a response and promised a refund??? Product did not help my eyesight in any way.

Hi i bought a pair of these on the 29 sept 22, opened the post tried them as instructed , they would not work for me, so i got in touch via chat and was told to send them back as a tracked post, but i have not heard a think from this Co., they took my money fast enough, but am still waiting for a refund, hope this is not a dud Co.,
