Decent customer service, amended my review

I am amending my review of GetVisionFocus.com. While it is still true that the glasses they sell do not live up to a value of $67, they worked with me via email with their support staff. I argued that it was pointless to return the plastic glasses because it was costly to mail them and other reviewers said they still did not get their money returned. Also, the plastic glasses were quite junky and would likely be discarded when returned. I would suggest to the company that they offer the glasses for $10-$12 and then people would realize they were buying something inexpensive and possibly worth the gamble. At any rate, I am grateful that my purchase price was returned in full.

I was fooled into buying three pairs of these plastic glasses believing all the hype and mistruths they spun around their product. They don't work as advertised and there is no clarity whatever even after the focus procedure. A complete scam. I'm reporting them to scamwatch with a link to this website. Any website that carries their advertisements should be penalised for being part of the scam.

Stuck with a fraud, what a shame!

I saw the add on TV and ordered the glasses immediately. I thought they were a great product. But when may order came today I soon realized they were not. I followed the instructions carefully a couple of times but could not get them to focus properly. My husband tried them too with the same response. I thot well, I'll just send them back and surely get the $70 I paid for them. However, there was no address or phone number for their company any where on the outside of the package, nor on the instruction sheet that was included. So how was I to return them? I wish I didn't have to even give them 1star!

I wish there was a ZERO star rating

I wish there was a ZERO star rating. Horrible!! People AND company. I was stalled (still waiting for them to live up to their promise) for weeks and promised many times my refund was "on the way", then they wanted pics of the crap I bought (I guess to prove I hadn't thrown them away), then they had to wait for arrival of return, (according to USPS Priority mail tracking, they already had received the crappy glasses back days before), then they made promise after promise.. I guess they thought I was like some of their customers that just threw the junk away and wrote it off. DON'T BE THAT PERSON, HAUNT, HUNT AND PERSIST!! CROOKS IN MY OPINION. TRY TO FIND A GOOD REVIEW THAT'S NOT FAKE... LOL

A Bunch of Crooks

Ditto to all the other people who made the mistake of trusting this bunch of crooks, I spent £70 of my old age pension and the £10.50 return fee on this rubbish, no wonder they skulk in Lithuania refusing to honour their promise of a refund

This is the BIGGEST SCAM ever

This is the BIGGEST SCAM ever. From the poor quality and non performance as advertised.
Getting a refund is ridiculous. After sending a picture, choose is $38 discount (discount off what and keep the product).
Or
Return product(my cost $20) and wait for refund forever.
Rip off

I do not know how this Company has the…

I do not know how this Company has the nerve to sell such poorly manufactured glasses and charge the amount of money for something constructed out in a form of plastic.

Not to mention that saying they accept returns is one big joke to say the least. When I received the package and opened it, I was horrified at what I was holding, and as for the lenses, well I would not want to ruin my eyesight wearing them.

I immediately contacted them and told them that I want a refund and request from them the RM that they send out.

I took it to the Post Office and it cost me £10.50 as little did I realize they were located in Lithiania !! This was on the 29th January 2021 and I had sent them a copy of the Signed For Receipt.

From what I can see when Tracking the package it has been in the mail service over there since 30th January 2021.

When I checked today 2nd March 2021 it is still there but with an added addition of going thru Customs Clearance!! This is a piece of material that was probably manufactured in Hong Kong or China for pennies.

I sent them another email again the same day and as yet have not received a reply.

In future I would tell people to be very careful when trying to answer an advert from this Company or any similar Companies that offer glasses of this type.

It truly is a scam big time and they are raking our money into their own pockets.

Ordered and received them at the beginning of January - very good service. Glasses absolute rubbish so returned them immediately. Had to send them to Lithuania at an additional cost of over £10. They have arrived there but no satisfaction from the company, no refund still. Very upsetting as these were to be a present for my 85 year old housebound sister to help her with reading to pass the time, and now I can’t afford to buy her a alternative.

Just received them

Just received them. Fooled with them for about half an hour. A worthless piece of plastic. After reading some reviews, I've decided it was not worth trying to get my money back, even if I could figure out how to do that. A rip-off.

Do not buy from these people

When I ordered a set of the glasses, I understood that it would be at half price. I checked my bank statement and found that they had charged me full price for TWO pairs of glasses.
I immediately emailed them and requested that they cancel the order.
They replied SEVEN days later and said "Sorry they have already gone. If you don't like them you can return them"
When they arrived they were rubbish and did not work for me at all.
I emailed again asking for a refund. They said to return them and the refund would follow. I immediately returned the package to the return address which was on the packet. - It was in Alexandria in NSW, Australia. I sent a confirmation email with the tracking number, telling them that the package had gone and included the address. After I had posted the package they emailed to say that the package should be returned to Henderson NV 89011, USA or to another address in Lithuania! Saying that I could choose whichever one was more convenient. The package had long gone by then.
I wish I had seen these reviews before dealing with this mob.

This is a terrible product

This is a terrible product. It doesn't work and is dangerous if you are walking. It took over 30 days to arrive and when we asked for a refund we were told we were past the 30 days and were not eligible. DO NOT BUY THESE GLASSES. A total waste of money.

"Adjustable Glasses "are crap, and dangerous to wear while walking while climbing stairs or walking on an uneven surface

These "Adjustable Glasses "are about $.50 worth of plastic that you could not even walk with as they make the things around move and could be dangerous.
About wearing them in the home or office actually makes my vision even worse, I can't read any print on the TV screen
Don't be a fool, these are definitely one of the biggest rip offs I've ever had. If you buy , and pay with your credit card ... do so only if your CC company will dispute the charges. Capital One is such a good company for disputes .
This purchase is going to cost me about $100.

Oh , their telephone number is 501-430-3455

Unbelievable refund without returned product.

One star in order to proceed with review. I sent an angry email to them & unbelievably got my full £120 refund within a day! Their "product" is so bad, they did not even ask for the glasses back before refund and i am certainly not paying the postage & they are so bad i have no intention of even using them again. Good luck to everybody.
