Garbage weed for the price of gold. Horrible customer service and attitude. Wouldn't recommend this place for anyone unless you like wasting money on garbage.

DONT BUY FROM WHITE PALM. THEY ARE THEIFS!
They stole $170 from me. I’d rate them a 0 if I could. They claim my e-transfer went to the wrong address even though I’d been using it all along, and (Dean) saying it was still active. In short order I cancelled my order then attempted to have my bank retrieve my money but the bank said the return was ”blocked” by white palm. Dean said my money would be returned or the order filled but of course then stopped responding to me on September 18. Hope the cops catch up to this scammer. Looks like others have been scammed recently also.

What a shit show. They gave several conflicting email addresses that were flagged by my bank. They gave conflicting answers to my inquiries. You are better off just going to a local dispensary for product.

They’ve stolen $185 dollars from me, and now wont even reply to me when i asked for my money back. I had 2 back to back orders fail to reach my door since DEC. 2024!! They asked if i had someone else i could ship to, and i said no. Thats as far as they “helped”. I had to follow up multiple times. Even offered to have them donate the money from my purchase to a starving family, figuring if i cant get my order, at least someone could use that money. But silence from them. Since i wasnt prepared to throw this money away i asked if they could ship via private courier - then i finally got a reply 🙄 they said “sure, send $35”. Well that was a mistake. I did over a week ago, and now they aren't responding to me at all. Been a customer for 7 years - had referred a number of customers too, and never had an issue until now. These people are crooks - they’ve shown that a) they dont care about starving families, and b) they sure af dont care about their customers - especially the loyal ones. I’m telling the people i referred, and everyone else i know to stay far away. Crooks.

I ordered 3packages of coma bombs and only one of the three was delivered. I have had no luck contacting Ashley or dean so l am out a fair bit of money. Although l have been a happy and consistent customer for a number of years, this will be my final order unless l hear from the company explaining the discrepancy.
