This is my 1st on ggbet i deposit and win.Make 3 withdraw request its been 7 days. 1st they said it will take max. 5 days and its been 7 days still withdraw showing in progress.Now When i ask support they said we dont have a fix time for withdrawal but hope it complete soon.
When i ask them to send request to relevent team they said we already sent funds to third party service and now they will complete transaction we dont have control in this.
I said i need to bet so they said we cancel your withdraw and you can bet.
What a joke.. they said we already sent funds and still able to give me my money back to account.
As for 3rd feb. Its in progress mode and if dont get funds in next 2 days i am gonna complaint to legal team.

If you know whats good for you , dont deposit money into this site , sadly for me i saw the reviews late . I made a with drawal request in the 20th of january and they kept saying wait 5working days , after those five working days still nothing . The customer live support sounds like bots cause no matter , what question you have you will get the same response . After the 5 working days and even more i contacted them and this was the solution ‘ The requestf has been forwarded to the appropriate department and is being processed. We kindly ask you to wait. Hello, I do not recommend this company. As soon as you start winning, you become inconvenient for them. While you are losing, your withdrawals are processed within an hour, but once you want to withdraw more money than you deposited into GGbet, they suddenly start requesting many additional documents. After sending them, they still tell you to wait and do not pay out the money for weeks. They do not even have clear withdrawal deadlines, and their live support is useless — it feels like you are always talking to artificial intelligence.

I requested my first withdrawal of €200 on January 14, and it is still pending.

GG.Bet has replied january 20 publicly stating that there are “no issues or restrictions” on my account. However, as of today, january 28, my withdrawals are still pending and no payment has been received. A formal complaint has already been submitted to the Curaçao regulator, and a follow-up was sent. I will update this review once the funds are actually paid.

As of Monday evening, no withdrawal has been processed. GG.Bet publicly stated there are no issues with my account, yet money remains unpaid. The case has been escalated to the Curaçao regulator. I will update once funds are actually received.

After waiting for nearly a week, my funds were finally deducted by GGBET. It is such a relief.

However, I still have two transactions marked as "In Progress," so I am still waiting for the rest of my funds.

The waiting has been truly agonizing. I will continue to provide updates here until GGBET returns all of my money to me.

I genuinely hope GGBET can make a change. The customer service used to be really good. Also, I just wish I could know the approximate timeframe for withdrawals. The previous terms specifying the number of days have disappeared, replaced by this vague "Rule 8.3.1."

I would honestly prefer if you just told me straightforwardly that I need to wait a week or two. The uncertainty of not knowing the timeline is the most painful part.

GGBET really has every advantage and is a great platform, except for the withdrawals. It is truly distressing and makes me lose confidence in the site. If the withdrawal speeds could return to the previous normal standard (24-48 hours), I would be very happy to recommend it to everyone around me.

I contacted support because I wanted to close my account to avoid the risk of becoming addicted and because I wanted my personal information removed from their website. However, I was told that I could only self-exclude if I was already “addicted,” which makes no sense. You should be able to protect yourself before it becomes a problem.

After repeating several times that I simply wanted my account closed, I felt forced to say that I was addicted just so they would finally agree to ban my account. That felt very uncomfortable and wrong.

When they finally proceeded, the support agent asked if I wanted to be banned even though I still had a balance on my account. Before I had time to answer, the chat ended and my remaining balance was lost.

Overall, I am very disappointed with how they handle responsible gambling and customer support. It should not be this difficult to close your account and protect yourself. I have screenshots to back this up!

Document verifications takes years and they still wont something from you, for example you need to verify you are owner of card that already didnt exist bcs I canceled it so I have to go to the bank and pay for piece of paper so I can verify that I was owner of that card, and you have to verify like this for every payment method you ever used on GGBet or they wont let you verify your account and withdraw your winnings, thats just ill. All other bet sites are much better
