This is not a company — it’s a nightmare. When you make a deposit, the money is credited to your account within seconds, no issues at all.
The real fun starts after you win and try to withdraw your money. According to their rules, you must wager your deposit amount twice to withdraw without a fee. Fine, not a huge problem, right?
But once you follow all the rules and actually have a win — in my case a miserable €50 — that’s where the problems begin.
Support is useless. You will never get a clear or meaningful answer. They only reply with templates, nothing else. No real explanations, no timelines, no estimated payout dates — NOTHING. They keep repeating that every transaction is “processed by a specialist” and that the processing time may vary. Yes, I’ve heard that 10–15 times already.
I will never return to this platform. Even small winnings are extremely difficult to withdraw, and GGBET does everything possible to make the withdrawal of your winnings as hard as possible.

It’s strange that you can deposit money instantly without any verification, but withdrawing funds requires jumping through a huge number of screenshots and photos. Received a bonus of around €400
Completed wagering using single bets only, mostly at odds between over 1.80, as required
No arbitrage, no opposite betting, no multiple accounts, no VPN, fully verified
Bets were placed within the allowed time and according to the bonus conditions
What happened
After wagering, my account was reviewed and the bonus and related winnings were removed.
At the time of review:
Total balance before removal: approx. €1800–€2100
Amount removed: bonus + bonus-related winnings
Support has not clearly confirmed whether all removed funds were bonus-related or if real-money winnings were also affected
The main issue

I then verify again says complete and done, i also try to talk to live chat which is just fully automated and you will only ever speak with an AI and not a real human giving the same copy paste replies not giving any actual real help. live chat just tells me to wait and that the verification needs to be double checked by 2 systems to go through, its now been 5 days with the same cycle every day of verifying every day waiting and then having to do it again as it apparently keeps convenient not getting passed the 2nd stage. live chat just tells me the same thing of waiting and i am now stuck in the same loop of just waiting and nothing actually happening whilst they just keep my money and keep putting hurdles in the way of withdrawing.
