I have been trying to change the date of an prep appointment at ggd since two days! by phone I hear it's not possible (not clear why) and by email, I receive the indication to call (which apparently is not good for prep appointment) by email I get a wrong appointment (non matching the availability I already gave). change date with ggd seems like an impossible task.
