We only wanted malaria pills. Then when we came to our appointment and said we did not want any vaccinations, they charged us anyway for vaccinations. Then a few days later they sent me a payment link , charging me a second time for the vaccination that I did not have. This is the Vaccinatiepunt at muidertsraat 11. I ended up paying 2x for vaccinations never received. and they refused to refund my money.

I went and had 2 of my supposed 4 and…
I went and had 2 of my supposed 4 and apparently it’s because They bury the approval I needed to give at the bottom of an email. Not sure why it’s even Needed when I asked for it all in the first place. Moreover, that meant I shouldn’t have even had the 2. It was a big mess and annoying that I now have to go back again!

Never going there again
First the office is no where to be found. It doesn't list anywhere when you enter the building. I went to 4 different offices and later after taking help i was guided to the right place where there was so logo, name board again. It looked like an abandoned hall, no person there, reception was closed. Then comes the vaccination, the person who did the shot was very rude, he was not helping at all, i am scared of needles and i wanted some help to hold me still and he didn't say a word to help, was very rude and there was no one who could help apart from him. He did not talk or answer anything normally, terrible experience.

Avoid Vaccinatiepunt - scammers who make you call them at 1E per minute
My health insurer told me to arrange my travel vaccinations etc with Vaccinatiepunt.
I made an appointment, completed several pages of info, scanned my vaccination book & was told by email that I don't need an appointment & it needed to be cancelled but I would still have to pay for the consultation.
However, in the same email, they told me I need to arrange malaria tablets & that you can only do this on the phone on 0900 8222462.
I rang this number and the recorded message says you will be charged 1E per minute to call them!
Scam company, AVOID them at all costs & use another reliable vaccination company which provides the services it charges for & not emails & charged callss.

For malaria medication, additional medical information may be required before a prescription can be issued. That is why we ask customers to contact us by phone in these situations. We would like to clarify that **our telephone number is free of charge**. We are therefore sorry that you were given the impression that you would be charged €1 per minute.

These thugs recently scammed 70 euros from my partner on the pretext of providing medical advice that actually turned out to be false.
She had provided them her Spanish medical documents (including all the vaccines she's already taken), and asked them for vaccination advice to conduct research in Asia. These documents clearly mentioned the diseases she's already been vaccinated against.
In reply these so called medical professionals literally copied and pasted content from their public access website and proceeded to inform her to get vaccinated for the very diseases she's already been vaccinated against.
Obviously, feeling scammed, my partner let them know that she wouldn't be using their services anymore and in reply, these grifters proceeded to BILL HER 20 EUROS, for useless medical advice that chat-gpt, even in its wildest hallucination, wouldn't have spewed forth.
Contrary to anything even resembling the hippocratic oath of doing no harm that these doctors (?) apparently didn't commit to, they went on to cause her more mental and financial distress by increasing the billed amount to 70 euros.
My partner, a self-sufficient hardworking straight-A European student already stressed from working two jobs just to afford the food and board needed for her education, broke down on finding out the extent of these greedy pigs' malice, and was forced to pay up on pain of them increasing this already exorbitant ransom-money to an unbearable amount.
I don’t know what they teach at the "medical schools" this practice’s professionals attended, but the fact that it resorted to this shakedown speaks volumes about its professionals’ quality, and shows that the practice is being run by a board of money-hungry businessmen and not doctors.
If you would like to solicit fairer, clearer and better medical services I would highly recommend staying away from these extortionists. You can check out any one of their competitors for a better experience.
