Absolutely disgusting company
Absolutely disgusting company. They leave packages at the entrance to the apartment, and then I found the package opened near my door. If I had the opportunity to ban this company as a delivery service to my address, I would do it.

Gofo need to start holding they drivers accountable because my package did not get delivered because the claim the couldn’t get access to my building when the door was wide open and it doesn’t even lock when it’s closed ! No i have to wait 3 days because the driver didn’t do they job when my event is literally tomorrow so inconvenience

I got a tracking number and I stay home waiting for my package that never came but I got an update of the tracking saying the package has been delivered when I have not received it. To make it was their customer service centre said all they could do is start an investigation which will last 4-5 working days to determine where my package went and that is all they can do for me.terrible courier service avoid them if you have the choice

I got my package
I got my package. But the guy who made the delivery made me feel so uncortatable, he asked if I live alone, my age, if I was married and also requested water to drink, came inside my house paying attention in every thing and looking my body, very strange behave, I hate his behave, made me feel scary, I did not liked. I was terrible feeling of scary inside my house.

The website said my package would be delivered that day, so I waited all day without hearing anything from them; I had plenty of other things to do, so the whole day was ruined because I had to wait for that package.
And there’s no time listed on the website either, which is really annoying.
