Ordered 2 items in nov. 2019 said it would ship when the product arrives! Now it is aug. 2020 they took my money 22 dollars and change. Gave me nothing but excuses. They do not intent to ship. Other companies have the product. I will never shop with this company again!
Love it, was looking for this keychain for a while couldn't find it nowhere. Great service fast delivery. I'm a happy customer.
God awful customer service. I have ordered 2 products that were supposed to ship in March 2020. I was told the second item won’t ship as it’s from another warehouse in southern part of country due to a lockdown. I waited patiently for another month. I reached out to Julio as to what was going on with order. He said he couldnt ship still due to lockdown. I asked for a refund and in an email he stated shipping costs would be returned as well. It is now June. I have not received my full refund for the missing item. I have not been reimbursed for any shipping costs.

This website is wack. There’s no customer service. Can’t even find “contact” option on the website. Did find fine print “support” link that must reroute to trash bin, cause 3 emails later with no reply. Zero confidence in this company. Pre-order box came damaged & late AF (even amazon prime had it available before my delevery.) On top of that only half of my order arrived. 1 month later, a refund with no explanation for why. GGG Collectibles must be located in China.
