Horrible experience with ghanda, won’t buy from them again! I ordered a package and was told I received free international shipping with my order because it was above the minimum spend. I then received an email from the shipping company saying that I have to pay $70 for my package because the sender (ghanda) has nominated me to pay the package import fees. If I had known I would have to pay $70 for shipping of my order I would have never purchased from them in the first place! Very deceiving as ghanda told me I had free shipping.

I had accidentally selected the incorrect size for a couple of items and I sent through an email and Alice responded to me within 24 hours and helped me out immensely, amended my order and was so kind! Our family love Ghanda and the customer service I received was top notch ❤️

Purchased a dress in the sale in 2 sizes, looking at the returns policy on their website it didn’t clearly state their sales returns policy. I tried to exchange one of the dresses in store in part for a jumper I wished to purchase. I was advised this wasn’t possible, the girl in store even went as far to order an item from the sale on Ghanda website to show me the pop up that would occur that warns of the no refunds / exchange. This message never popped up, she informed me there was nothing further she could do after a call to someone more senior.
She let me know I should raise it with the customer care team. I did this - the reply was robotic and unhelpful. Ghanda customer service is terrible and this has put me off purchasing again as I don’t want to support a company that doesn’t value their customers.

Someone has been using my email at Ghanda in store in Australia. For context I live in the US.
Ghanda doesn’t have a system to properly manage your personal information so they can’t resolve the issue.
I know everything this person is purchasing since 2024. I have their invoice numbers that’s most likely linked to personal information.

Disgusting 'customer service' and blatant flouting of Australia Consumer Law. Bought a $9 scarf online. When it arrived it was shedding in balls of fluff. As I thought it would need to be sighted by a staff member, I took it into the Ghanda store a few months later. We live 35 mins drive from Ghanda Maroochydore and this was the soonest opportunity I had to take it in. The staff member said I needed to deal with online. Okay. So then ensued a long series of emails with so-called 'customer service' wherein they insisted they would do nothing as the scarf was bought a few months prior. I pointed out that when it was purchased has NOTHING to do with their obligations under AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW ('must be of acceptable quality') but in their wilful stupidity and ignorance the woman simply kept stating it was bought too long ago. This, despite the fact it had never been worn and was in the original packaging. The dollars mean EVERYTHING to this lame excuse for an Australian company. Even a paltry amount of $9. I called Head Office and was met with a rod block. They refused to give me the details for the person above the woman I was dealing with. I called the store and asked to speak to the regional manager. This was refused. They build walls between themselves and accountability. What a way to represent your brand. I will NEVER buy a single thing from this unethical company. They use the fact there is no comeback on them if they simply refuse to comply with the LAW for a $9 item. But it tarnishes them and shows they are actually horrible human beings running this company. Great culture, Ghanda!
It has nothing got do with 'your return policy' and everything to do with the law you idiots. You don't get use 'past the return date' when the item does not meet the consumer law standard of being acceptable quality. The return policy is completely irrelevant! You have to comply with the law. You are honestly that stupid you should not be operating a business

I'm writing another review because there was a problem with a garment and I'm very happy with how it was resolved.
I've bought from them several times recently, and I must say it's one of my favorite brands.
Pros: They resolve issues quickly and efficiently, and the clothes are very pretty and with very good quality.
The sizes cover my needs; I'm quite tall and also like oversized clothing. I often have problems with local brands that tend to make small and short sizes.
Cons: If you live in Europe, you have to pay customs fees, but it's a brand with affordable prices, so they don't go overboard. The price is reasonable and they arrive fairly quickly. If you choose express, they arrive within the same week.

Always anticipating their warehouse sale! Would probably my yearly thing now. Outfits for the whole family. All were in excellent quality and such a bargain!
I knew from last year that it did take awhile so I had mine this year express and it did arrive in my doorstep in a week time! Thank you so much Ghanda! And excellent customer service by the way! I felt so bad how you got all these bad reviews from people regarding shipping. Be patient! It is worth the wait. If you want it fast have it express!

I saw a cardigan on a mannequin in their Port Douglas store, after looking around the shop for a while I asked asked a member of the team if they had it on the shop floor. The answer was a no, and they couldn't sell the one on the mannequin, but I should order it online.
I ordered the cardigan online, which was listed as available, to then have my order cancelled on me saying it was out of stock.
I then re-ordered it in a different size, again showing as available on the website, using the gift voucher they supplied me as an apology. Once again, order cancelled.
Ghanda did refund me quickly, which was good and hence 2 stars instead of 1, but such a muck around and seriously disappointing!!

MISLEADING DISCOUNTS! NO REFUNDS EVEN AT POINT OF SALE! ILLEGAL?
The items had big tags stating $5 off so I picked up 3 items and paid at the till. I could NOT see what was rung on the till. She told me to pay, I did and said simultaneously that’s more than I was expecting did you take the $5 off? She said you need to read the fine print on the back. I said I don’t want 2 of the items at that price, can you refund the other 2 items. She said yes but I need to ring the manager as I’m new and I don’t know how to do it.
UNBELIEVABLE what happens next!
She took the phone went to the back of the shop and she appeared to make a call. She came back after 5 minutes and said she needed to ring the area manager. After 10 minutes I was told that they have a no refund policy and they would only give me a store credit. I asked for them to ring the manager as I wanted to speak to them. They refused, repeating the no refund policy.
IS THIS LEGAL? I have lodged report with ACCC
- The incident happened at the ‘point of sale’ once I saw the $5 was not taken off each item. The tag said $5 off, it did not state conditions apply. I did not change my mind. I clearly thought each item had $5 off as advertised on the tag.
- I could not see what was rang on the till. I was told you can only see the itemised once you have paid. Is this legal?
- Once you have paid, even at the point of sale there is a NO REFUND POLICY even if you ask for the refund before leaving the counter, at point of sale. Is this legal?
- Fine print not legible to the average 60 year old. (Who takes their reading glasses to read the fine print when clothes shopping?)
- the $5 off tags are misleading, are they in breach of consumer law? Is this legal? They were put together so the conditions on the rear weren’t visible.
- Refunds only for store credit. Is their refund policy legal?

Absolutely awful online ordering experience. I wouldn’t ever write a review but when it happens more than once, it’s enough to annoy you! Ordered an item almost 2 weeks ago (not during any sale/ busy period) and it was only just shipped. That’s a diabolical amount of time for an order to be packed. Their customer didn’t get back to me for days via email, and told me some copy paste information about their influx of orders. I normally wouldn’t shop at Ghanda, but because I had a voucher to use I had to. Rest assured, I will never be shopping again!
