Placed an order online for a singular item on the 8th of October.
After two weeks had passed, I had not received confirmation of shipping so I called them. The woman advised that there is a delay with the warehouse and that my order would definitely be shipped by the end of that week, I queried if there were any issues with stock for my particular item and she assured me the item I ordered was in stock.
The end of that week came and I received a 'sorry for the delay, here is 20% off your next order' email but no shipping confirmation.
Another two weeks had passed (4 weeks after I placed the order) and still nothing. I called Ghanda yet again to be told the same spiel "delay with the warehouse, order will be sent as soon as possible, we assure you the item you have ordered is in stock, etc etc".
Yesterday I receive an email notifying me that my item is OUT OF STOCK (despite still showing as in stock on the website). To make things even better, they don't auto refund you- they give you an online gift card.... I can assure you I will not be ordering online ever again.
Woeful service from a big brand. DO BETTER GHANDA!!! Influx of orders? Hire more warehouse staff!
Now I have to email Ghanda requesting a refund, I wonder how long that will take?

I like ghanda clothing in general. However it's their online system that lets them down. 8 business days later and I still haven't heard if my items are being packed and sent???
It's really slack and disappointing, if other companies can operate and have things out within 3 business days, why is Ghanda so far behind?!

Ordered on 5 Oct, asked for confirmation 2 days later whether this would arrive before i left the country. It wasnt even started processing yet. So i asked for a refund, "No we dont do that". I was blown away so wrote it off as a learning experience and wont ever deal with Ghanda again. It eventually got delivered 15 days later.

Terrible experience. It has been two weeks and my order still hasn't been shipped. Every person I've spoken to at Ghanda is unwilling or unable to help and the issue hasn't been escalated. There has been no resolution. Really awful, stressful experience.
I keep being told that the order is within the normal timeframe despite it being already double the time they list on their website. Needed the clothes for a holiday - I live in a small rural town so really reliant on online shopping. The items won't arrive before the trip now. I have begged and pleaded for the delivery to be expedited and staff couldn't care less. The worst customer service experience I've had with a clothing brand.
EDIT: I ordered on 15 October, still hasn't shipped as of 1st November and emails going unanswered!

I would not buy from Ghanda again if it was the last clothing retailer on earth and my only other option was nakedness.
I paid for express delivery on a skirt and top for an eight-year-old. One full week later, the clothing, which was a birthday present, still hasn’t arrived.
Repeated pleas to the company to expedite the order have been ignored. I was told the warehouse is overwhelmed and cannot keep up with demand. Despite this, Ghanda still continues to send me unsolicited marketing emails touting for more business. Never, ever again.
Edited to add: So you refunded me $13.95? Big deal! My eight-year-old niece, who is still - still! - waiting for her birthday present to arrive, more than a week after it was supposed to be expressed posted out, couldn’t care less. Neither could I.

I am genuinely stunned by the condition of the item I received from Ghanda Clothing. The women’s crew, sold as new, arrived looking anything but — covered in pilling and with a discoloured inner tag that made it appear worn or previously handled.
For a brand that prides itself on quality and style, this is frankly unacceptable. It’s hard to believe this garment passed any form of quality check before being sent out. The overall presentation suggested second-hand rather than brand-new retail.
Ghanda loves to thank customers for “supporting Aussie manufacturing,” but clearly doesn’t do anything to uphold the quality that should come with it. If this is what “Australian-made” means, that’s embarrassing.
To make matters worse, the customer service experience has been equally underwhelming — dismissive and entirely lacking in accountability. A simple apology and prompt replacement would have sufficed, yet even that seems beyond their capability.
This was easily one of the most disappointing online purchases I’ve made, and it speaks volumes about the brand’s declining standards. I won’t be shopping with Ghanda Clothing again, and I would strongly caution others to reconsider before doing so.

Ordered 10 days ago, Express Shipping as I needed for a concert tonight! The order was confirmed but still hasn't even been shipped yet, 10 days later!!! Why charge express shipping when it states 3-5 business days and after 10 days still not even shipped. When you try and chase up the order, emailing them it says to allow 1-4 days for a reply. Terrible customer service.

Bad experience. I ordered 9 products online and they never arrived. After complaining to Ghanda support and to their courier Aramex, no answer was given. I had to dispute the charge on my bank account for the problem to be solved.
It definitely doesn't worth the risk.

I ordered a few hooded towels and had them personalised, one of them that was sent had been labelled the incorrect size. I emailed Ghanda support the service was outstanding, they fixed the problem within 5 days.
I love this brand the quality is amazing and after sales service is Excellent.

The fact that you can’t return sale items if they don’t fit! Can’t belive this is an acutely thing. So I am now left with €200 worth of clothing that I can’t wear.
My necklace broke the second I put it on. However, with this, I had a great experience and I was offered a Credit Note of same value. So thank you for that :)

The expensive swimming costume I bought my daughter stretched in the legs and became unwearable. Because I didn’t raise the issue within a few months, all I got was a 15% off code which you can easily google. I’ll be avoiding Ghanda in future.

I've never received my products and it's been over a month, the courier they use (Aramex) has 1.4 stars on Google and still that's how they decide to represent their brand. There's way too many people complaining online about the same issues, if I knew this I would have never bought anything. Ghanda blames the courier and the courier blames Ghanda, no one takes responsibility. An absolute scam and probably the worst experience I had buying online, they will probably reply with a discount code and direct me to their support email to leave me waiting who knows how longer. Avoid buying online from Ghanda at all costs.

There was an out of stock item and they didn’t even offer a refund just gave a credit. Didn’t even give me the opportunity to cancel the order either which I requested them to do after they emailed me it was out of stock. Then asked if I could refund the rest of the order and they said no.

Ordered on the 28/08/2028 order number 1374691. Spent close to $100, saw no prompt when adding items to the cart that refund not available. Called Ghanda the next week as I tried to do an online return and realise NA, thought OK, I should have an option for a credit as $100 is a lot of money, to me, was advised its your T&C, I understand that if the items are on final sale. I did got back online to view where the advice that no refund was available and found it at the end of the transaction. AD

Poor customer service in store and poor customer service within head office it seems. Store front purchaser BEWARE- if you wish to exchange or return any item during a sales period it cannot be done for the amount you paid. Instead they will attempt to persuade you to receive a lower return credit amount than originally paid to allow you to purchase during the sales period with your lower credit.
