Alice was very helpful but seemed to have got stuck and passed me to support link. Hence, I was asked to wait 4 days. Now, it is 5 days ago and I have not heard. The order is still unfulfilled. I am trying to follow up and hoping the order be processed ASAP.

Would give zero stars if I could. Ordered 11/11/25, spent almost $400. Still waiting on the order to be dispatched and it’s now start of December. My friend ordered last week and received her order within a few days, so the excuse they keep giving me over email (before they stopped replying to me entirely) of “our warehouse is overwhelmed by an increased volume of orders” falls short. Also, if that were the case, they wouldn’t have ran a Black Friday sale! Generic responses from “customer service” (if you could even call it that…) saying they can’t provide any kind of ETA until the item has been dispatched. SO PUT THE ITEMS IN A BOX AND SEND IT THEN! Why is it taking a month? Based on the other reviews here and elsewhere online, it seems I’m hardly the first person to run into this problem with Ghanda. At this point they are basically scamming people. I’ve emailed one last time (again, they stopped responding to me three or four emails ago) letting them know that if I don’t receive a meaningful update about the whereabouts of my order or a refund of my $400 then I will be filing a complaint with the ACCC. I intend to do that tomorrow. This cannot continue.
EDIT: Ghanda’s reply here is more generic BS. It’s now 09/12 and my order is still nowhere to be seen. It’s a joke. I have emailed their customer service countless times with NO REPLY. So I hardly believe that they’ll “look into this” if I provide my order number here, but sure Ghanda, go ahead. It’s #1488295. I’ve already lodged a complaint with consumer affairs and have disputed the payment with my bank. You are a fraudulent company and your business practices are completely deplorable.

I purchased an item for a specific occasion, only to get it home to find it didn’t go well with what I wanted, I returned the item same day to be told, Ghanda has a ‘No Return’ policy and I could only get a credit. It was an expensive item, I couldn’t find anything to replace it, so took the credit. I was disappointed as I expected to be able to return it like any other large store. And that was my budget spent. Staff indifferent. Returned to spend my credit 3-4mths later to be told, it had expired! Again staff indifferent, looking at me like I’m a trouble maker, I’ve got every right to feel upset. Ghanda you have some lovely designs and I love your Australian story. But seriously, your now a large iconic store that should allow consumers to return an item AND certainly follow consumer law when it comes to Gift Vouchers. It’s still cash for heavens sakes! Not happy with you, staying away from now on.
I am becoming frustrated as I ordered on the 11/11/25 and the dress is a present for my granddaughter it is now the 27/11/25
If it is not available please refund my money

Ordered products on Dec 11th online and my order was still not despatched by 26th Dec. Customer Services could not confirm when my order was to despatch. Then I got sent a Voucher to spend online again with a Sorry discount offer (when I hadn't even received my 1st order) Disappointing 1st time experience on this website.
I cancelled my Order. #1485556 by Email then you started shipping it out. I received 1/2 the order and I am still waiting on the rest of the order

Unfortunately, my order that was placed over 2 weeks ago still hasn't been shipped, and when I reached out to customer service, there was no reply about an ETA. I ordered these items for a festival, which I knew would come in time based on the timeline on the website. Pretty gutted that they won't make it on time, as there is no sign of them. Unfortunately, this experience means I will no longer shop there.
- Update: I called customer service today, and nobody had any idea of an ETA. I have cancelled my order; nobody in customer service knew what was going on, except that there were delays.I am so so so disappointed.

Thought I'd ordered in plenty of time for birthday present but 9 business days order still unfulfilled and won't receive it in time. Can't return as items were on sale. Blanket response of so many orders received causing delay etc. Yet Cotton On can deliver within 2-3 business days and even Shein delivered more quickly. Not good enough.

I placed two orders with Ghanda one shipped in 2 days, the other took over 2.5 weeks even though the one sent in two days was placed over a week later they tried to use the excuse of busy sales period. No explanation, no consistency, just the same generic copy-paste excuses every time I asked for an update. Their communication is honestly terrible, and the delays are ridiculous. Even though my items eventually shipped, the whole experience was a mess. I wouldn’t trust them again and would advise from every ordering from them.

I love this brand so much but I emailed about my shipping and possibly changing my address and possibly paying for express shipping as I am moving from the address I shipped my package to. I got a reply saying they are expecting delays but not really any help with my situation. I love brands that have that go out of their way to help and support buyers but didn’t really receive any assistance. I understand how busy it must be at this time but just needed some assistance but didn’t really receive any. I would only buy if I had a 3-4 week expectation for getting the package

I love Ghanda's clothes but my recent order with them took 1 month to arrive. I then had to exchange an item because it didn't fit and they refused to waive the $10 exchange fee despite waiting over a month to receive my items.

Terrible to deal with! Customer service won’t reply after sending me a faulty item, despite providing them with evidence and returning as per instructions. So I’ve returned my items but without getting a refund. Ghanda must also be the only store with no return policy, time for them to wake up.
