Excellent customer service and really good price. Bought the large Vitopod propagator with extension and lights. Even though it is April I have already made good use with seeds germinating more quickly and with a higher success rate than my old propagator.

Vitopod large ordered and although relatively happy with the item. It does have flaws. No sides meet the lids correctly or the base. I have contacted GHE directly but still awaiting an outcome. This review will be improved depending on the outcome from my defective item

After ordering online I rang the company to say where to leave the parcel if I was out, the lady I spoke to was ever so helpful and friendly and efficient.This and the fact that the heat mat and insulated pad arrived two days later was just amazing. Such a good company, lovely people to deal with can't praise them enough. Am using them again.

I’ve ordered a number of different products from GHE direct and I’ve always been really pleased with the price, speed of delivery and quality.

Needed spare fixings and an additional layer for my vitopod propagator. Compared to other suppliers, good price. Also able to provide spare fixings which I couldn’t find elsewhere. This isn’t a cheap product so very pleased to get sorted.
Arrived safely next day (mind you, I’d have waited longer for lower delivery price!!)
