Shocking quality of product
Shocking quality of product. Ordered some shoes and they arrived on time but the quality is very poor. Imagine looks nothing like what was on the picture and just looks really cheaply made. If this is official merchandise from ghibli I was shock they are allowing such poor quality out in there name.

Typical Chinese service
Ordered a catbus for someone's birthday and it turned up 2 days late ( it took 27 days to get here) but it was good quality so I don't mind 2 days at all. Second order, ordered a money bank and a totoro plush, money box was broken and the plush I paid for was 50cm. The one I received is 15cm. Plus it arrived about two weeks late. Last time, ordered another 50cm catbus and a totoro plush again. It turned up almost a month late. The totoro is the wrong one yet again and there's no catbus. I've had one reply from the Chinese senders. A generic, we'll get back to you, load of poop. Never got back to me from nearly a dozen emails. They're not gonna care. They're not gonna read this. There are a LOT of people that will keep sending them their money, so they aren't going to spend the time or effort in trying to give good customer service for an online business that isn't really about repeat customers. They're a Chinese company. That should say it all. The most gutting thing is They're ripping off people who love the anime. I'd love to know what studio ghibli make of their official merchandise agent. Quite happy to give order numbers if requested.
