Everything great but no QR code to find
The delivery and all went great of course the wine is very good! I just expected a QR code on the bottles that I can’t seem to find as I thought the Scantrust verification was already implemented. Did I miss something?

Dear Ilia,
Let me see if i understand this correctly. Your package which was sent on the 8th of November and delivered on the 10th - for which you received a track and trace code. It has been delivered at the neighbors.
But 13 days later, without any contact....you write a 1 star review about not receiving it? Without contacting us to fix the issue?
I myself order sometimes things online - if i see the package has been delivered at the neighbors, i go to them to pick it up. If it is not at the neighbors, i contact the parcel service to trace the package. And if that won't help, i contact the sender.
I however don't write a bad review to the sender when i did not even give them the chance to correct the issue - especially as the issue is with the parcel service. The parcel service also has a rating system, you should give them a bad rating, but also after giving them the opportunity to help you fix it.
I am unsure what you want to do now, as you don't even have a question in your review. And although service is one of the highest priorities which we have - with reviews and actions like yours, i do not feel motivated at all to initiate helping you. So what i will do, is send you the money back. But your next order with us will be declined. If businesses could give their customers ratings, you would hereby also receive a 1 star rating.
Very disappointing and very demotivating.
